Dearest *****,
As you might know, on a inquire of a re-inspection, on HQS reqirements.
As time has approched so fast, with this requirment; I would appreciate any notice
and will do what I can to await, of any un-expectance to be rushed, on the behalf of the repairs; before the re-inspection date:
3/31/2011
Well, I would like to explain and to ask if you might of, been aware:
The bottom plastic shelf: that holds the vegetabe-compartment had an inch crack and became,

worse in time also, which was'nt noted the light bulb had been dangling sence we moved-in,
along with what was last recollected a couple of months moved in, and had notice the one glass double, is a one side glass, with broken glass chips,inbeded-- build in side is one glass-not doubled.
It was once shatter'd,before we moved in..
The slab of strafom was on during the inspection and manage to fall off due to the wind.

Sincerly,
(Tenant)

Didn't they have an inspection thing to begin with? If it doesn't add up. I'd bill em for it.

that's an awesome note. just cover the few broken items and move on. anyone who spells like that probably has an issue making the rent on time.

That is a very bad letter. But now I know what I need my property manager to add to the criminal and credit check for prospective tenants, a spell check. ;D

Dark and lonely on the summer night.
Kill my landlord, kill my landlord.
Watchdog barking - Do he bite?
Kill my landlord, kill my landlord.
Slip in his window,
Break his neck!
Then his house
I start to wreck!
Got no reason --
What the heck!
Kill my landlord, kill my landlord.
C-I-L-L ...
My land - lord ...
Def!

I've always had a property manager. Reduces headaches by nearly 100% for a cost of 10%.

There were a lot of mistakes in that note, but the one that bothers me the most is one of the most common; "of" instead of "have." How can you "of" something?

"You might of been aware."

It's the wrong word! How can say the wrong word?

All the more reason for help. Put one manager over multiple properties and then you manage the property managers. I think that'd be a lot less work for you...
