He said soccer has been his No. 1 sport and his passion, and if he could do it all over again, he said that he would love to play soccer. He just was talked into going into football by his grandparents, who raised him.

When you say that, I wonder whether you mean this thread or his 'soccer career'?

I have seen him play...he's not very good.

He can say that he'd go soccer if he could do it all over again...but really who would? Dude is set for life (don't think he's the type to go broke as wacky as he is).

If he was good enough and played in the EPL, Serie A, or Primera league, he'd do just fine

Anyone that can run a 10K is good enough to play soccer in the Olympics.
Running a 5K is all that's required for national leagues.

He is certainly physically gifted enough, but does he possess the necessary soccer skills. Can he run for 90 min? How good is he with the ball at his feet? In space? How creative is he? Is he willing to play a little defense, or pass the ball?

Im sure hes raw, but if hes even close to being good enough I would have to consider it as a team owner. Instant publicity, boost in sales and attendance if nothing more than the curiosity factor.

I don't think he's as good as Steve Nash.

Ochocinco was in Europe right after the NFL season and went to game Real Madrid and Barcelona games and hung out with the likes of Rio Ferdinand, and Cristiano Ronaldo...so he's a big soccer fan and has many friends who are world class players.

I believe Kobe Bryant is the same way.

Id be willing to ne that if he worked on soccer his whole life like he did football he'd be in a premier league.

I dont know about that. You need alot more diverse skills and have to be more situationally aware to play soccer. There's not a 1 to 1 correlation.

If you want to see what a soccer player looks like in another sport, look at Steve Nash and Jason Kidd. Both developed their vision and passing ability playing soccer.
