Still trying to figure out if this video is a joke or an honest attempt at pop...

The thing is, the harmonic rhythmic structure of the song is not bad. In fact, it's more complex than anything you'd hear from Lady Gaga. Whoever wrote the music to this song knew what they were doing. Everything else is terrible.

Judging by the cars and the production values of the video.... I'd say this girl is a 16 year old OC trust fund product.

More proof money can buy anything even fame. This girl will sell more downloads then a real band. Except everyone is auto tuned now so there aren't really any really talented musicians left in the mainstream.

I think I just cried at the death of our society! Maybe it would be good if the apocalypse did happen if this is what our technology has come to.

Look on the bright side at least one more teenage attention ho can pay for her own rehab

She's 13 and is signed by Ark Music Factory. Looks like they have even more horrible young kids making videos. Check it out.

There's good, talented music in the mainstream...

Scenesters playing scremo techno... who knew?

Haha

Well the music is not that bad. I used to listen to stuff like this. They get a little carried away with the screaming, especially when he starts choking that girl - what's up with that?

Anyone else find it weird that they pull up in a Land Rover and sing about Rolex and Versace, and they're drinking Olde English?

It's ok. I do object to a 14 year old using "****" in a song.

Big fan of these guys. Met them in Denver, real nice.

I'm still tryin' to figure out what the abnormal thought process is that causes the "new generation" of kids to come up with these bizarre names for their bands. "Oh ya, my kid is the lead singer for "The Barfing Cockroaches" or he plays bass for "The Toxic Throat Flem" Gimmie Stevie Ray/Double Trouble or Eric Clapton/Cream. Apparently a "shock" type name draws attention away from the fact that there is no talent involved.

Right now, my band's name is The Keynesian Bancor, hahaha

That's what happens when your band is made up of two Economics majors and two music majors from the University of Denver.

Was it the Jan 24th show with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra?

I was going to buy tickets, but in advance I didn't know if I was going to be in America for the show.... but the time I knew they were sold out.

14 million views on that video. Someone is making money, and it isn't Rebecca Black.

Ha, not at the concert no. I met them on their way back to LA at the airport. I didn't know it was going on or I would have tried to get tickets.

I recognized the girl and the Asian and my girlfriend recognized the lead singer in the security line. I went up to them after we passed through and we talked for a good 10-15 minutes. And they were cool, not just saying that. Genuinely nice.

Not to mention, their violin player is a genuine looker:

I knew the lyrics sounded familiar. This was originally written and performed by Bob Dylan. :)
