Good for him. He didn't do ANYTHING at first, just took a shot to the face. That scronny little **** just couldn't leave well enough alone. Id bet money he learned a pretty valuable lesson there...and probly won't be fighting again very soon. Getting your ass kicked can be a humbling experience

I would rather kids stick up for themselves, but understand what level of violence needed to get the job done.

Schools don't do a good job with kids anymore when it comes to fighting. Most install a zero tolerance political correct BS that makes kids feel like they can't defend themselves. IMO it leads to even more bullying. This kid snapped and did way more then he needed to in order to make his point. Teach him how to throw a proper punch and remind him body slams from that high up are for when you want to use lethal force. So make sure the person deserves it.

With confidence in defending yourself comes the need to not pick on people, not fight, and confidently use the proper amount of force.

What that little black kid was thinking is beyond me. That kid 3 times his size, once mongo got upset it was over with. Still I think the incident could be too much for him coming back. That is a long suspension. If it was my kid I would consider a different school and a fresh start.

That kid could have been paralyzed. The smaller kid should have been suspended 5 days for starting the fight and 5 days for picking on someone double his size. I would love to know his injuries because he looked really ****ed up. The fat kid walked away from the scene but it would have been better if he picked him up and shoved him into a trash can before leaving. 22 days? Seems a bit harsh and lucky that dumb shrimp didnt get worse damage to compensate his lack of brains.

I'm still trying to figure out how I thought a 3 foot 90 pound Australian Kid was black lol. He moved like a serpent, but struck like a butterfly.

Still the big kid needs to learn how to fight. I think there is a time to slam someone on the ground and break there leg, or snap neck, but maybe that not the time.

Had he been taught to fight, how to stick up for himself, it would not have came to this. That is all i am saying.

Other then that one of my all time favorite viral videos. I hope he gets treated better, and it's not a bunch of people out to get him when he returns.

That is why I said maybe switch schools. But hey it's in Australia, they eat Koalas for breakfast then stick there hands up a crocs ass just for fun.

its scary watching the way the kid landed...thats all i thought about when i first saw it...if he wouldnt have turned him over just as much as he did he could have broken his neck or something

still, this kid was blatantly bullying....and being physical...bet he won't do that anymore

the best part of this is that it won't die on the internet...its there forever...so when that little **** goes to high school and college he will always be "the guy from the video"

That kid is a ****ing hero that's what's up, that little skinny punk needed to be taught a lesson, he obviously does not meet even basic cerebral requirements for ordinary learning so getting power slammed into the concrete in front of his friends is a good substitute.

Looks like he lost a damn chromosome in that slam, I was waiting for him to yell TIMMAH after he got up. He went full retard after that.

Sad situation to see. Both kids are probably tormented. Guess it's just because I have kids that it sort of bums me out to see.

That said... given the circumstances, this outcome is better than most. Hopefully it serves as a warning to all of the kids, in general.

Pony that is so awesome. I was starting to turn into a person that picked fights when i was in like 5th grade. Thankfully I had a father who showed me why it was a punk move to pick a fight for no reason. He showed me that laying back, being cool, and being in the right usually will make you come out on top. After that I my circle of friends grew and I met all the guys that are still my best friends to this day.

That is classic that dude got his ass kicked because he came in all cocky and that first shot just totally dazed him.

That was some nice ass kicking.

In that last one the kid should great restraint not kicking him when he was on the ground. When your pissed off sometimes you do it without thinking. I like how he just gave him one more in the face for good measure though.

Also listening to the fat pig girlfriend is even better. She probably deserved to get one in the lip as well. What is cool is when you have a chick in your group that can take care of fat pigs.

My dad told me "never push a person into a corner that doesn't want to fight, they will beat you to death trying to get away"......... I was lucky because I was bigger than most kids my age and I didn't start any trouble so everyone left me alone. The only exception was the hazing buy the seniors on the football team when we were sophomores but that was all part of the rights of passage.

This is the PERFECT anti-bullying argument--the bully just might hit his/her breaking point and then body slam your arse into semi-conscious limping and sniveling...and it might go viral!

No, i've seen it here in the US with a friend of mine's kid. Then more kids get involved and it turns into torment and torture.

Gang up on which one? The chubby kid? No. They'll move on (sadly) to some other poor kid who doesn't have the means to defend himself. Unfortunately, I've not only lived through it myself, but watched countless others go through it. Bullies that age aren't looking for friction, they want the path of least resistance. I can guarantee you, that casey has won that little battle.

Depends on what kind of bully:

I can tell you that having my friend's kid tortured to the point that he had to leave school does other wise. (he was getting burned, was stabbed in the head with a pencil, stabbed at lunch, etc) - school did nothing to the 'offenders'.

i was a victim of bullies until I took drastic action. I've seen the cannibals raise their kids that way. it sucks, but i've seen the herd and pack mentality around pretty big these days.

I'll agree with your point...it does depend on the bully. I was speaking to the situation from the video...THAT type of bullying. Which, from everything I've experienced and read about, is the most common type. As far as a stabbing, burning, psychotic type of bully, standing up may not do the trick. Obviously that's a much more extreme example, which requires much more extreme intervention ( police, courts, etc).

My point, was that in typical situations, like those related to the video, the bullying will cease when the bullied stands up for himself.

I shouldnt have generalized.

If that were the case, at least in the US, it would be involuntary manslaughter... but given it was a kid, he'd still probably get off.

I'm not defending the situation, and judging from that video the kid was a bully (ie the taunting from the other kids). I certainly feel bad for the fat kid. But no one here knows the entire situation. The skinny kid could be telling the truth - doesn't excuse his actions, but it also doesn't excuse people creating facebook groups telling him he's going to burn in hell, etc.

cant judge his action on the result. the skinny bully started a fight with the fat kit, he provoked a situation for absolutely no reason. the fat kid responded by defending himself, defending his safety, and he is allowed to do that.

It is the perfect example to set. The video is pretty clear he is the aggressive one. The kid who defended himself gave him plenty of chances to walk away.

Our society is so wrapped up in everyone's feelings. He earned what he gets from being a punk that day in front of a video camera. Is it fair, maybe not but I bet he will think twice before he punches the next kid in the face.

I will actually agree with you here Alkemical. Most of the time the "responsible people" don't step in and take any real action because they would rather not get their own hands dirty.

We've taught police to be passive for fear of lawsuits, parents and teachers to be selfish and protect themselves first. The groups that should be proactive no longer are.

Everyone has to stand up for themselves in order to rise in this world.

It actually spawned great conversation at work. My homosexual co-workers are more pro hetero then I ever imagined. I came on here, immediately had to get in on the conversation and tons of threads later I was hooked on all of you.

Like I said my ISP was flagged. The good news is I now know exactly which people on the site work in my company. The bad news is it means that everyone on here is at risk, if you say something someone else doesn’t like, to being tracked and persecuted.
