A quarterback that can throw the football? Amazing.

Hoping to see some real passes instead of trick passes from a UConn QB next year.

We gotta draft this guy. Think of the money the Broncos could save if our wide receiver corps was a set of plastic trash cans instead of highly paid elite athletes. Plus, Pat could rent him out to Stan Kroenke to play two guard when the Nugs are in town.

That's really impressive, especially the ones where it looked like you'd have to do in one take. Like the bottle on the guy's head, and hitting the pizza sign on that moving car, I'd say those are one takes. But a lot of them surely aren't. But even with a few takes it's still impressive. I could have 100 tries and I'm not making most of those throws. And the blind folded ones were cool.

I don't know how that translates to on the field production, but it made a cool video.

Tebow is accurate with no pressure.....in a game, he can't hit the broadside of a barn.

simple, with no pressure most QB's are accurate. Look at the different opinions on Cam Newton (Mayock vs Dilfer). Tebow is very inaccurate in games. In his pro-days, he was spot on accurate.

Well, gee....Let's break it down dragster.

This thread is about a 'trick shot' QB who is showing amazing accuracy in a non-football game environment. Finkle is pointing out that many QB's can be accurate when in a non-football game environment, including Denver's own Tim Tebow. However, that kind of accuracy does not necessarily translate to a football game environment.

Therefore, Finkle's post has everything to do with this thread. You're welcome in advance for me taking the time to break down for you what 99% of this board saw on first read.

And always will be if he spends the majority of his time practicing 'shots' instead of actual football.

Dragster probably wants to draft the kid! ROFL!

Tebow is actually a pretty accurate QB, or at least he was in college. To say he's inaccurate after a handful of starts in the NFL seems rather short-sighted to me. Honestly his problem in those starts had a lot more to do with struggling to read pro coverages and hit timing patterns than accuracy (two things that he was expected to struggle with as he never did them at Florida).

To be honest I think McEntee's accuracy might translate to the NFL. The problem is that he looks like he's 200 lbs soaking wet. He just doesn't look like a pro QB to me.

accuracy in college and the pros is worldly different. In the pros you have small windows to make the throw. I'll give some of that to being a rookie.....I want Tebow to succeed since he's a Bronco but his accuracy in the first 3 games was piss poor.

I did.

I thought the point needed emphasis. All rookie QB's accuracy is inconsistent their first year. If there is a season next year, seeing Tebow develop will be pretty damn interesting. 19 game sample to see his improvement.
