Sacks Vick 9 times. And because Vick is injured and can't go on, strangles him to death. Only fair. ;)

Other than the Eagles' comeback in the Giants game, they've generally been on the slide ever since they were exposed the week after that Skins beatdown. The Pack can pressure Vick well enough. The question will come down to the Pack O vs Eagles D and I think Pack wins that matchup.

Jail is meant to punish, not change. It's a deterrent. The only thing I believe he's changed is his image but... he pretended to be a good citizen all the way back to his Ron Mexico days.

F him. Literally. I hope they do. F him and his career. I hope he lives a long, healthy life regretting that he never saw another big contract.

What he did was wrong. Nobody questions that. There is no reason for people to continue to grind an axe against him without any good reason. His actions several years ago are water under the bridge. He served his time and has done a lot of community work and outreach to schools and other places making people cognizant of his story and the ability to decipher right from wrong.

I had a dog for fifteen years of my life growing up. She died shortly before I graduated high school. I love dogs as much as the next guy and do consider them an extension of the family, however, I don't feel the need to take the moral high ground on this one and at the same time, hope he fails in his professional and personal endeavors, as I realize that not only impacts him, but the people around him to.

I give no concern to someone that kills an animal. There's been numerous times around me growing up where people had to kill dogs from either the perspective of having nowhere to give them and not being able to keep them anymore to just a dog got pregnant by getting out and the person didn't want to deal with mutt puppies that they couldn't get rid of.

That doesn't concern me at all.

They, however, never took any joy nor celebrated killing said animals. Vick was doing these things for his buddies and killing them in terribly inhumane ways. THAT is unacceptable. Had he just put a bullet in those he didn't want anymore... I say whatever and move on.

Anytime I can root for justice in the personal sense, that does benefit me. Gives me faith in karma and mankind. Belief in those two things are significant factors in my mental well being. Seeing Vick succeed wont tear me apart and seeing him leaving on a stretcher wouldn't make my year but I'd definitely smile if he were a complete failure on the field today.

B, Educate me, oh mighty one:

Karma
–noun
1. Hinduism, Buddhism . action, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation: in Hinduism one of the means of reaching Brahman. Compare bhakti ( def. 1 ) , jnana.
2. Theosophy . the cosmic principle according to which each person is rewarded or punished in one incarnation according to that person's deeds in the previous incarnation.
3. fate; destiny.
4. the good or bad emanations felt to be generated by someone or something.

And what is Vick's personality disorder?

I am going to go with narcissism at a minimum coupled with a certain idea that he's invincible and untouchable. Not sure that's a disorder per se, but to participate in the abject torture of anything or anyone says there is something a bit more wrong with someone than can be seen from the surface. Do I hope Vick reforms, sure I do because in the end its' best for everyone if he does. But do I think he fixed whatever twisted thing is in his head that made him participate in hurting living beings for fun and profit, no I sure don't. But he's served his time and so he can return to his profession, but I don't have to like him or believe he's reformed.

Anyway, can we get back to the game... Go Packers!

And Chicago gets the weaker opponent. This playoff system is broken.

Really? They just beat the Saints yesterday.

And they've already beaten Chicago this year.

All four of the teams that I wanted to win, won. I wish I'd have bet something. :oyvey:

Anybody in the AFC but New England.

The Seahawks are a far weaker team than the Packers. Who are you kidding?

He isn't kidding anybody.

Fact: Seahawks have beaten the Bears this year.

Fact: Seahawks just beat the defending Super Bowl Champions.

Hypothesis: Given the aforementioned, the Seahawks can beat the Bears.

Over your head Amegpooponmyface? Yeah. Thought so.

GB is the only NFC team that stands any chance against the AFC in the SB. Five teams that could win this thing, all 4 AFC teams and the packers.

I think Atlanta has a decent chance. But yeah the AFC definitely looks a lot stronger overall.

ATL is the tortoise - everyone else is the hare. ATL seems to do nothing awesome but everytime you get to the finish line and while everyone else is having ups and downs... there's ATL sitting at the line waiting.

If they win anything (especially everything) it'll be the most boring playoffs in years. There could be worse teams to win it, I guess.

The Packers lost on a late FG to the Falcons earlier this year.

A very winnable game for them next weekend.

Just wanted to mention that I'm glad to see Vick lose in a painful fashion. Too bad he wasn't electrocuted by a stray lightning bolt. Hater gonna hate.

Eagles have some big decisions to make, most notably on Vick/Kolb (I assume they go Vick and try to trade Kolb) and DeSean Jackson (he wants big $ but they're not certain they want to pay it).

That's over kill Doc. I'd settle some crazed LB biting his nose off for starters.
