What about Quinn? Why not give him a chance? Granted he can't throw far or accurate. I'll also give you the fact that he can't read coverages or defenses. Not real good with the snap count; can't count past one! But he does look pretty with his hat neatly reversed and his eye black impeccably placed! And the way he holds that clipboard--HOF all the way! Only thing missing is a Peyton Hillis jersey!

He sure did bulk up though. He was very skinny before the draft. Though that didn't help him "make plays"

Funny but I went here http://www.nfl.com/standings and realized that Denver, with Quinn, is only 1 game back of Mangenius's Browns.

I was hoping this was about Richard Quinn.

Quinn and Sanchez are near copies, but one dropped in the draft and was banished to Ohio while the other was a reach for NY and deemed starting QB. Both are above average 'game managers' with good mobility that can carry their team to victory, but make dumb mistakes just as often.
Neither one is Pro-Bowl material, but I think Quinn would be servicable for the next 2-3yrs as our starter and would like to see what he can do under center while Tebow learns how to play QB.

Even the Raiders fans love Tebow!

Quinn's career highlight was that bleach blond escort he had at the 2007 draft.

It's been all downhill from there.

This is a statement that has bothered me for a while. When was the last time a back up quarterback actually held a clipboard? Do they still use clipboards in the NFL anymore?

Nope. They use Ipods now.

Now that is funny. I actually wonder how long before the NFL goes to wireless tablet computing on the sideline.

I'm not seeing it. Sanchez is at least playing while Quinn is sitting on he bench. He is gonna have to play better in order to be given another chance to start.
