Only 1 more game to go in the season...why bother? Why not just let him finish out the season and then fire him in January?

Jason La Canfora says 1. There was an altercation today, and you probably saw the confrontation between him and Toy Smith.

2. They want to send the message to the players right now rather than after the season when they disperse that they are turning the page and heading in a new direction. I guess like us they are also looking to change the organizational structure of the team.

his defenses have never been spectacular i think it would be a mistake to have him anywhere near the staff.. well maybe we could use a cheerleader peop talk guy

Screw Singletary. The guy is too intense and emotional to provide stability to a soon to be young defense. I hate to say it, but we should keep Wink at DC for the sake of continuity. Just get the man some talent.

a HC can't continually yell at the QB, that shows a lack of discipline and it carries through to the team

Love the intensity of this guy...but I'd pass. He needs to up his meds

SF is lining themselves up to hire a new GM and then a new HC. They are doing what the Broncos should be doing...

Him and Smith got into in big time on the sideline.

there's even more to the story.

Singletary and Smith argued after Smith threw an interception to Oshiomogho Atogwe. and who is Atogwe? he's Singletary's future son-in-law, as his daughter and Atogwe are engaged.

this HC job will be offered to Harbaugh at Stanford. if he doesn't take it, i think Gruden will be their #2 pick.
