No....he's just a first class individual. This will be HIS team soon enough. Through thick and thin, he always remains a class guy. He's a winner.
That kind of depends on who the next coach is. If he's a "Tebow can't play in the NFL we need a 4-3 defense" kind of guy, we are in for our second complete rebuild in two years. Even if he likes the 3-4 and Tebow, he will still tear the organization apart to make it his team. That's always what happens. Teams that go thru coaches like this are consistent losers year in and year out.
I understand the firing. The videotaping of practice and the recent F-bomb in a press conference are wildly inappropriate. The F-bomb suggests a man who's losing it under pressure.
But I'm not looking forward to having a new guy start from scratch. We are turning into a cheesy franchise like Oakland.
