I keep thinking his name is either Greg Bowie or Sam Oden. One of the two.

I assume this means which is more valuable to their team. The problem is Oden hasn't shown anything in the NBA yet. Sanders got the Defensive MVP the year they won the SB. I'd go with Sanders and pray for a speedy comeback.

I hear Oden has a big schwanz. That oughta count for something.

Age does that to schwanz (although I've never heard that term). Oden is like 150 years old pretending to be a dude in his 20s.

Talk about a colossal miss in the draft too. Oden #1 over #2 Kevin Durant - the same Kevin Durant that won the scoring title last year, led his team to the playoffs and gave the Lakers all they could handle for such a young team. Yeah, BIG whiff on that one.

Oden is most likely with this surgery coming up, not many players play very long after something like that.

And the Blazers loved Durant, but they needed someone in the middle badly.

How's that working out for them?

Reminds me of the Jordan/Bowie debate when the Blazers "needed" a center.

Bobby Knight summed it up pretty well when asked who he would take: "Play Jordan at center."

Not good, and I knew it wouldn't work out.

Surprised the Clippers didnt draft him. I guess they didnt suck enough with the lottery to do just that.

Bob Sanders is at least a great player when he's magically healthy
