......According to this dude.

http://chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=236836

We killed them. Please allow me to dissect the game.

The nominal final score: 29 to 49.

Reverse the fluke fumble and touchdown (which by the way Bowe gave up on when he could have made the tackle), and of course we would've taken it in for a touchdown given our momentum: 36 to 42.

Take away the touchdown where the Denver-operated replay "was inoperable": 36 to 35.

Take away the touchdown that was handed to Denver when the replay suddenly "became operable": 36 to 28.

Give us the touchdown on the goal line, because we really should have scored there: 43 to 28.

If not for the above, we wouldn't have had to go for two twice: 45 to 28.

Tebow's stuff doesn't count. Seriously. He's just a marketing gimmick to the religious zealots in the mountains: 43 to 14.

We had that field goal return down for a touchdown except for a fluke tackle: 50 to 14.

There was one series where we had two near-interceptions. I think one of those could have gone to the house: 57 to 14.

Succop makes that field goal 9 times out of 10: 60 to 14.

We got the onside kick. That was a stupid call to take it back, and you know we would've scored: 67 to 14.

10 fluke plays that all went against us for a 73 point swing. If we just get a 50/50 normal luck on those, we win easily. If we'd gotten the same lucky breaks that the Hobbit Tribe got, we would've won by a near-NFL record.

LOL

wow... losing makes you delusional... it would have been a forfeit if the chiefs team plane had crashed on the way here... there is a million what ifs. fact is, that all that really did happen and we won 49-29

Sooo....if you take away all the Broncos points and give them to KC, they would have won. Makes sense.

This is retarted worth deleting. What if Tim Tebow grew wings, flew to Todd Haley's mom's house and lost his virginity to her? That would have added at least an extra score for the broncos right? Lol no pun intended.

I think that is what passes for sarcasm in chefs land.

Poor babies. No worries, Coach Haley will regale all of you with how the meanie pants McDaniels used his mind powers to make the replay system inoperable.

They were lucky it was in operable or my guess is they would have lost that timeout. That was a TD...replay or not.

Hard to tell when you have Mike Carey officiating. Seems odd calls happen when he is the head ref for Denver games.

But yup, you are 100% right.

You're joking right? Because Carey is in the top 1/3 of NFL Refs and probably one of the top rated right now.

They aren't mutually exclusive, right?

Top 1/3 and still poor says a who lot about the state of officiating in the NFL.

Really, you can't grade a whole crew by one official, and in one officials opinion, that crew wasn't bad at all.

And he doesn't stop to read the rules book to you when he makes a decision (Walt Anderson, Bill Leavy). You can understand him when he talks not sound like a complete dumbass (Jerome Boger, Carl Cheffers).

And in the end the complaints can be directed at Goodell for making an emphasis on helmet hits and not defining how this was going to be enforced. In september the unnecissary roughness call against Haggan isn't a penalty. They have to do what the boss says, and infact many crews are calling penalties based on what they were critiqued for the week before.

Eh, I was just playing a little devil's advocate. He wasn't bad at all yesterday, and I thought overall the officials did well. The only thing I thought they really screwed up was missing the blocking the back that handed the chiefs 3 points at the end of the first half.

Yea that was 1 call they will get graded down on. But I agree I thought they did a great job. I honestly think they played 0 role in yesterdays game.

And for the record the NFL is repsponsible for the replay system not the broncos for all conspiracy theorists.

True.

But notice when Carey is officiating replay system goes wonky or it takes 15 minutes to sort out an onside kick. I would say that Carey is one of the better ref's, but some of the calls his crew makes...
