UPDATE: A spokesperson from CBS emails out the following statement
KTVA News is owned by the Alaska Broadcasting Co., not CBS. No CBS staffers were involved and CBS has no knowledge of and no comment on these allegations.

The media has been doing this kind of thing for years. CBS even tried to pretend they had nothing to do with those fake Bush military records Rather peddled too. They pretend to be objective, yet want the "news" to match their own beliefs and agendas. But more and more people are catching on to their act, which is why the media's popularity is about as high as Congress and Obama.

this is why I lost faith in the tea party , every where you look it is made up of People like miller , and yes I have a real problem with someone that works as a State attorney , breaking the law , no matter how minor , then lying about it ........ if he would have fessed up right away , might be different , but then Christine ole whats her face isnt much better for the tea party

This is a huge problem.
It doesnt make sense to hear this conversation and to come away with what you came away with.
"People being people" is making up lies and trying to abuse their power for political reasons? I dont know what kind of people you're associating with.

They WERE JOKING, quit being so ****ing serious. It was said in private, they weren't going to try to find stories to lie about, it was two people joking in a private manner.
God help us if all of our private conversations became public.
This is all a last second desperation throw to try to show how the "lamestream media" is against the poor tea party people. If Miller was a complete jackass with an asshole personality, then he wouldn't of lost a double digit lead in a month, quit blaming the media for everything.
Besides that, if Fox is the "leader in ratings" wouldn't they be the actual main stream media?

It's like anything that is good, the established and people with hidden agendas take control of it and turn it for what they want.

Not sure what you mean, I'm quite up on the hypocrisy by the folks in the tea party (at least the ones in charge)
Just listened to it again for 3rd time, and I fail to see the outrage, they were joking about Joe Miller, who is a jackass, plain and simple, not like they were really going to run a story about any of that stuff.

Like I said before, and what you didnt respond to, is that your boss would fire you for saying this. Why? Because even if you were joking (which was not the case here), it provides insight into what you think and who you are. This woman and the guy she's talking to both brought their credibility into question. This is their own doing. Why do you question the TV station? Because they did not address this publicly. The woman should be fired, and the guy she's talking to should be reprimanded. That wont happen. I wonder why.

Reporters are supposed to not be like regular people. It's just a sign of how the profession has been changed by tabliod style reporting.
