View Full Version : Breaking News: Frown Cannon Doesn't Learn From Mistakes

the Frown Cannon is still an obstinate dumbass.

"I've played against [Hall] before -- there's no reason to shy away from him. That's hard to say after throwing four picks at a guy, but if we had to play him tomorrow, I'd go at him every time."and that's why he intercepted you four times yesterday. isn't one of the definitions of insanity to repeat the same mistakes while expecting different results?

Hilarious! and on a day where we need something to laugh about too. thanks Frown Cannon. we owe you one.

Why would he say different? He made Hall lose his job one time because he schooled him so bad. Why would he say he should never throw at him now? Because he had one bad game? That would be a real losers reaction. I'm sure his team would rather him start crying that Hall is the best and that he just can't handle a defense having Hall. That is how real pros react!

It is pretty sad that people still can't move on from Jay and claim that he is bad. The two just don't go together.

#1 how is this Breaking ? It's all they have talked about for the last 24 hours
#2 who gives a Sh@t about cutler ? He is no longer a bronco, he quit on his fans. It's time to let him go.

It would of been interesting to see how it would have played out if Shanny were allowed to stay and Cutler been coached correctly. Cutler doesn't appear willing to change from his "gunslinger" mentality and won't unless a dominant coach controls him a bit.

Mike Martz and Lovie Smith aren't exactly bastions of great coaching.

Just when it feels like there's no football news to be happy about, we're reminded that this slob is no longer on our team.

Things aren't all bad.

you're gay for Jay. we all know that. no surprise you'd rush to his defense.

well, it's sarcasm. better than continually rehashing the 59-14 drubbing we took yesterday. making fun of Cutler never gets old. it's like making fun of Al Davis. it's part of what makes being a Broncos fan fun.

I don't see how people can still defend Jay, he is Jeff George...it's proven more every game

This does nothing for me anymore. Cutler is gone and even though he's sucking for the Bears, that doesn't change the fact that we still suck.

Yes he threw 4 INT and his remarks after the game were idiotic but Lovie (and his coaches upstairs) are bigger clowns not challenging a TD that would have won the game.

They both deserve each other

Did anyone catch Martz reaction? Classic

I think it's pretty safe to say after this season noone will want to work with the coach killer known as Cutler

for me today, laughing at Cutler is a better option than despairing over the Raiders opening up a can of whup ass at Invesco yesterday. i don't care about that Raiders game now. it's over and done. let's see how this team bounces back next week.

Agreed, for the most part. Well I'd still rather see him fail than succeed

And Jhns, its called humility. When you get lit up by a guy, being a cocky asshole isn't exactly the best reaction.

yup ... That's what bums me about the whole thing is what might have been ...

The only time Brett Farve "yes i spelled it wrong" was to me good was when he had a coach that controlled him like Mike Holmgren.

That is what I hoped would have happened If Shanny would have had more time with Jay...

But everything changes and you move forward ... even if slowly LOL ...

This is where I'm at. You can make fun of any player you want, deflect as much as you would like... still not gonna take the sting away from yesterday's game. This is probably the third most painful loss in my years of watching Bronco football. More painful than losing to the Niners or Giants in the SB. But not quite as bad as losing to the Redskins in the SB or the Jags in 96 playoffs. Right up there with the 41-3 loss at home vs the Chargers a couple years ago. The only thing that makes this game not hurt so bad is knowing that we don't have a real good team. Kind of sad, but losing is no longer a surprise.. playing strong vs the Jets was what was surprising. Get rid of this staff yesterday and if there are players on this team that mailed it in, get rid of them too!

People were making fun of Knowshon for celebrating after his TD... he was simply trying to keeps his teammates energy up. It was pretty obvious that they were mailing it in.

You've got to admit, he did toast DeAngelo Hall at Oakland in the Monday night opener in 2008.

If you watched the game yesterday, you would know 2 of the picks were on the WRs and another was nice play by Hall. The last one (the one that killed the last drive) was on Cutler on poorly thrown deep ball.

Your asking alot from a forum who still think we can sweep the rest of the season and win the division, even though we can't because of math stuff.

so cutler is constantly off the hook for all the pics he throws because his team is not very good...but that rule doesnt count for every other QB in the NFL?

But if you give him a chance he'll make the pick.

The first pick, Hester really needed to do a better job.

The pick six was a terrible decision by Cutler. There was pretty much no window to fit that ball into by the time he threw it, but of course he lobbed it up there anyway. A great play by Hall, but the ball should never have been thrown.

Third was a nice play by Hall, receiver quit on his route which was stupid but Cutler still threw the ball to a guy who clearly wasn't open.

The fourth pick was just miserable, a hail mary lob about two minutes before he really needed to do it.

I'm with Kaylore though, **** as Cutler is I don't really take much joy in it with how bad we are right now.

He even sucked last year, Benson kept them in games and carried them to the playoffs. From what I have seen from Palmer this year he is throwing right to defenders.

As a season ticket holder, I am sick to my stomach. I will not attend any more games let alone watch this group of clowns perform on Sunday. It's like being forced to watch SAW III over and over again. Absolutely nauseating. I want Orton back.

It's more than that, though. As I said in a thread in Sunday. No matter how McDaniels tenure turns out, at least he jettisoned this joke of a player. There is nothing more devostating than committing financially to a faux francise QB.

All Bears fans will tell you that in a year or so. And these dumbass Chiefs fans that are sooooo happy right now will admit to it in about 2 years. Gonna be fun.
