My seats are in Section 100. Today, about ten rows ahead of me, there's a little kid--must be 10, 11--and he's gotten out his little markers and made a nice little sign. What does it say? "Dirty Sanchez."

It just about ruined my day. What kind of person lets a little kid make a sign like that? How in the world does a kid that little know a phrase like that to begin with?

That would be a bit much. And my main concern is about his home life--don't think stadium security would help that.

Reminds me of Adam Corolla's TD celebration years ago on The Man Show.....come to think of it, I'm surprised some fool hasn't attempted it yet in a game.

Wow, did your kid cut in line at Fan Fair? Who knows what that kids sign meant. Just because you took it that way doesn't mean thats how others feel about it.

I would have laughed my ass off. And a kid holding some stupid sign won't make him a criminal, some lame ass people need to get over themselves!

broncocalijohn

How about the kid made the sign without knowing what it means and the adults got a kick out of it? I hope the kid doesnt know the meaning and I would chalk it up to adult fun with the kid writing it. THere is enough problems in the US of A with people cutting in line at fanfare and letting 4 year olds watch Ghostbusters.

The NFL won't act on these drunk Seattle a-holes insulting players (post game), so why (or how) the hell would they do anything about some kid with a sign??

those guys are idiots.

they should walk up to one of those players outside the stadium and say that to their faces. they'd live for about 5 more seconds if they did that. but somehow they think because they are "paying fans" and behind the railing that gives them carte blanche to do anything or say anything they can get away with.

i know the NFL draws alot of these types of people to games... i just don't understand them. all they did was sit their fat asses in their seats and chug beers for 3 hours. it's not like they had a damned thing to do with the results on the field.

but somehow they think because they are "paying fans" and behind the railing that gives them carte blanche to do anything or say anything they can get away with.

This is the crux of the problem with the people who hate the fan conduct policy. People are upset that they can't say or do anything. And when they're called out on their behavior, they spin it as "Well we're true fans!!!11"

It happens on this board whenever this topic comes up. If anybody says anything to the "true hardcore fans" all of a sudden the NFL are nazis, it's the "wine and cheese" crowd, etc.

Look, I'm 26 and single with no kids. I personally say do what you want, nothing is going to bother me. But there is a line for some people, and you can't just do whatever you want. And I don't necessarily have a problem with that.

You should have walked up to the kid like you were walking past him, and right when you got into reach you could have snatched that sign from him really quick, held it above your head with both hands, yelled a gutteral gorilla yell, and torn the thing into shreds right above him, letting the pieces fall around him as he stood there stunned.

Then you just walk off like nothing happened.

not at all as the players came to their house and not the other way around. Those signs are so basic without anything vulgar. If any of you guys have a problem with it, you are major pussies. At my 2nd row field seats, I yelled to Scott Pedsoniak (who was on the Royals before being traded to the Dodgers), "Do you know how I know you have a bad agent? Because you are on the Royals!" Got great laughs from the fans and even a small chuckle from Scott. It is very smart humor and if they have their feelings hurt, they are as a big as a pussy as those who complain about innocent fun.

Its like Dirty Sanchez has transcended its crude origins. Its doesn't mean what it meant in the first place. Its just becoming some kind of slang curse. Like you stub your toe, "oh dirty sanchez!"
