View Full Version : What did you do when Tebow scored?

I'm just wondering how Broncos fans reacted to their lord and savior finally losing his NFL virginity...since you know, he's still working on that whole real life virginity thing. This had to be the next best thing.

I personally haven't seen it...averting my eyes and all that stuff. I don't want to be blinded by his unholy Donk glory, which of course is sacrilegous and blasphemous to a Chiefs fan like me. But I'm interested in your reactions.

Did you begin speaking in tongues? Fall to your knees to pray and beg and the squirrel ran out of your britches leg? Did you begin to weep in joy over the sheer holiness of the moment?

TD JESUS!

He's not going to use his divine influence on Nov.14 to protect your house? I mean, our house?

There were two loud mouth Jets fans sitting in front of me and yelled as loud as I could at them: "Jesus just scored a touchdown on your asses."

I loved that Orton was in the game lined up far right. There are going to be some twists to this play before the season is over.

Love how Blob's Chiefs choked away a win and started their slide to another missed playoff and all he can do is post about the Broncos.

Pathetic loss today Blob, kind of like your existence.

No surprise from me there...
It was nice actually to see Tebow go in and produce. That's what it's all about.

I raised an eyebrow.I can almost feel already the chiefs will not end up winning the AFC West when everything is said and done...

The winner will eventually be just over .500 if not at .500.
Heck, it could even be won by a team with a losing record. Ha!

Honestly, I felt like what people must feel like when they take crack for the first time. I was like a Tebow fiend after that. I like Orton a lot. He's a class guy who does everything you ask of him. But I was annoyed that he was in, and I kept hoping to see Tebow. I started to get ultra critical of Orton, and more and more irritated that Tebow wasn't in. I finally snapped out of it when I saw one of our guys lying on the field and for a brief moment, even though it was defense on the field, I wondered if it might be Orton. That's when I finally came to my senses. Tebow hadn't thrown a single pass, and Josh apparently wasn't even going to dare to risk such a thing. He's probably got a long way to go before he'd do something like that. What a terrible thing for me to let cross my mind.

I apologize to Orton for my jonesing fits there. But man, that touchdown sparked off something in me that went out of control. It was an elation I haven't felt since the 90's filled with potential and possibilities. And every play that Tebow wasn't in started feeling like a wasted opportunity to me.

I wish we got to see him throw the ball. :)

(got to snap out of it)

Orton is money between the 20's. Let Tebow have a shot in the red zone. ;D

It felt like a.... never mind. You'll understand when you lose your real-life virginity.

Not an orgasm... but you know, like when you realize you've sealed the deal with a chick. Just a rush of excitement cause you know what is ahead. That's what it felt like.

I actually was reminded of the Vince Young National Championship Game run for the win. See, when Young did that i thought for sure someone would catch him and knock him out of bounds. Same with Tebow. I thought there was no way he made the corner before everyone else. But i underestimated his IT factor.

And then i proceeded to do what i call a double-arm gorilla flex at the tv (at tebow ;) )

I wonder if Orton can catch at all. Watch how early his DB sells out and leaves the area completely. Tebow could simply fake the run to the right, turn and loft a freaking rainbow his way and nobody could do anything about it.

I was calling this in the game thread I bet we see that before the season is over.

Also look for a fake run by Tebow and backward pass to Orton with Orton throwing a pass for a score or big gain.

I thought, man, if only Bob was here. I could jump up and down on his skull until all the jelly came out and when his eyeballs went slithering across the floor I could smash them with the heel of my boots and then let my dogs slurp up all the slime.
