Do the guys on the PS practice fully w/ the team during the week?

If so, maybe they are waiting to see who does best in practice before making roster moves to add a LB and S before Sunday.

It's Thursday, so I doubt they bring in a FA off the street now to play on Sunday. They would've done that early in the week IMO.

Unless someone goes IR or gets released there won't be a move.

I'd be stunned if we made no moves. We already have 6 guys out, and the 3rd string QB is considered inactive ... so that's 7 of our 8 inactives right there. If Moreno or DT or anyone else can't go, then all our inactives will be injured guys. Meaning we'd be suiting up 10 o-linemen, 5 LBs, and 7 DBs.

Larsen Practiced...wouldn't be supprised if he took some snaps at LB this week.

That's possible, but why keep 10 o-linemen when you are in need of depth elsewhere? Unless you love all the o-linemen and expect any would get scooped up immediately off waivers.

We just signed Lee Robinson to the PS.
Robinson is a LB last cut by (I believe) the Bucs

I'd be very very surprised.

Not in the game unless needed, but definately in practice to give some added depth to a unit that is absolutely decimated...shoot even Larsen is a better answer than Moss.

I'll say we add Diyral Briggs and Kyle McCarthy, and waive Chris Clark and Eric Olson.

Larsen in the running game is a better answer then moss . He is a MLB ...

This mentions a PS squad player like Kevin Alexander could be activated as late as Saturday for the game. I'm guessing that's what will happen.

It makes me really sad that we have reached this point

MORE SHUFFLING could come on defense, where injuries to five players could cause some practice-squad promotions to bolster depth on the active 45-man gameday roster Sunday.

McDaniels was specifically asked about linebacker Kevin Alexander and safety Kyle McCarthy, given the positions both play and their solid performances during training camp and preseason games.

“We’re looking at a few different concoctions of alignments,” McDaniels said. “Both of those players — really, a lot of our practice-squad players — have an opportunity to get a few reps here and there during the course of the week and also help us in the kicking game.”

“I think those two would fit in that category. (Dyral) Briggs has also taken some reps int here in the kicking game; I know he hasn’t been there as long as Kevin (Alexander) but there’s value in all of those guys being able to contribute on special teams.”

The absences of Darcel McBath and Wesley Woodyard hit the Broncos’ kickoff and punt coverage and return teams hard.

“There’s holes in more than just the defensive side of the ball,” McDaniels said. “We’re more looking at who can contribute in the kicking game and who can replace those guys (on special teams) in the short term.”

Are we done with New England's PS roster?
I'll bet Mcdaniels would find something there and bring him in here as a starter for our team...
