View Full Version : The Jets are coming to end your season.

After the Jets drop the Broncos to 2-4, it looks pretty grim for you guys.

Two games against the Chargers and Chiefs have yet to be played. If you're lucky, you might get one win out of four. That's seven losses.

You'll split with a much improved Oakland Raiders team. That's eight losses.

Throw in a loss against the Texans in December (way too much offense for the poor Broncos) and you guys are looking at another year under .500. Personally, I'm not even sure you can beat the 49ers in a couple weeks. But I thought I'd be fair and chalk you up for a win there.

So how are you guys feeling about another year without the playoffs?

It's too early in the season to be talking smack little bobby. We all know you're anxious in your tummy because your Chiefs won a couple games. You remember that talk we had about not touching yourself in public? You remember how you didn't listen and all the girls laughed about how small you are? I don't know where this is going, but I just thought I'd point out you have a small dick.

There's 7 losses for you, and I'm not sure you win at Stl and Jax at home, I would guess you win one of the two. Not quite sure why you and some of the media think these Chiefs are so mighty. Remember last year when the Broncos went 6-0? Well guess what, that team was better than this years Chiefs. Your team couldn't even go 5-0. I know you are prone to premature ejaculation when you get too excited but you should know the Chiefs won't finish.

Everyone said the Broncos had their division locked up at this point, look where they ended up.

Depends on which Jaguars team shows up. They're coming to your place, so I'll give you guys the edge. If you were going there, I'd give it to them. I could see them stealing one from you. Big deal. Two of the teams that you played were Cleveland and SanFrancisco. You guys haven't exactly been lighting up the scoreboard. Yeah, you had a good run at the endzone against San Francisco, but even with that you're ranked 26th in the league in total points.

Running scoreboard smack against us is pretty cute when we've got nearly 4 touchdowns worth of offensive production on the scoreboard ahead of you. Wanna switch to points per game? We've got you there too.

You have the same schedule Taco. 14 out of 16 games are against the same teams. I would also like to point out that the 2 hardest teams (IND and HOU) in the best division our teams play against are being played at home by you and KC plays them at their house...back-to-back, so no your schedule isn't exactly that much harder than ours.

And KC's defense has shown it's for real when it made two top 5 QB's get frustrated and throw tantrums. I would also like to point out that we held Manning without a TD (in his house). Care to tell us when the last time Manning didn't have a TD pass in a game?

Hard to begrudge the Chiefs fans a bit of chest-beating, they've been terrible for the last three years.

Their defense is good (not great) and looking at their schedule I think they've got a decent shot at the playoffs. I'm pretty sure the Chargers are going to stop finding hilarious ways to defeat themselves at some point in the near future, so they're still strong favourites for the division IMO.

After that I don't know, I think with their schedule the Chiefs should be winning at least 8 games, probably more. Even with the recent injuries I expect Denver to start winning more games than they lose once the schedule gets softer, and the Raiders schedule is nothing to be afraid of either so don't be surprised if they're in the mix.

Ultimately it's going to come down to the division games, and I can see most of them going either way to be honest (I do fear what's going to happen to us against the Chargers with our ****ty pass rush though, Orton is going to need to win a shootout for us to succeed there.)

What's the deal with Cassel's contract anyway, how soon can/will Kansas get out of that? Their FO has done some good things since taking over, but that massive deal they gave him was insane.

I only wish we had the Bills and the Browns on our schedule replacing the Ravens and the Jets. Don't tell me we have the same schedule when we're battling 4-1 teams for your 0-5 and 1-4 teams.

Big big difference in schedule . We are talking 2 games when we all know that this is usally the difference between making the playoff and missing the playoffs

When you suck for so long it's nice to run a little smack but there still is a long ways to go.

Denver has the hardest schedule for coming in 2nd last year which doesn't seem right but it is what it is.

KC fan can come back when they actually accomplish something

See you in 40 years

KC will never win a playoff game with Cassell leading the team.

Sorry for pointing out that you are a loser, Clayton...

Just kidding, I'm not sorry.

I like out chances against the Jets. We need to make sue Keller is covered at all times and blitz Sanchez. If we can rattle Sanchez...I think we have enough on offense to beat this team at home!

Plus...it's Orange Sunday!

Chiefs' D is for real.

We'll see how good your Defense after they face a pissed off Texans team!!! good luck with that.

Lets see...Jags beat the Colts, Colts beat the Chiefs...I think you know where I'm going with this.

Actually, given the Chiefs' schedule, I can see them with a winning record and competing for a playoff birth, just like the Browns did a few years ago.

And then, just like the Browns, I can see them crumbling apart to their usual selves when they have to play some actual teams.

My posts are funny and a way to annoy the trolls.

Sometimes people pile on and it becomes hilarious, sometimes like tonight, no one is piling on.

No one is making HORRIFICALLY racist statements either though, so that's nice too AZ. ;)

I was enjoying your posts and then you posted a comment about responding to bob threads and you have most responses. Has nothing to do with me but I will respond to his threads if they are somewhat football related.

Recently I've been soaking my chicken breasts in brine for 30-50 minutes and then cooking them. Don't use any salt in the rest of the cooking process, but it makes them super moist and delicious. :approve:

Sounds like one of those miners in Chile might not want to come up:

One miner, who has not been named, has a first wife he never divorced, his live-in partner, a mother of a child he had several years ago, and a woman who claims to be his current girlfriend all visiting the camp.

Ha!

I soak mine in olive oil. Keeps the juices inside and does a great job of sealing the seasonings I use into the meat. Then grill.

Hey bob,
You smell bad, you probably have more hair on your body than chewbacca, if your married your wife cheats on you, if your not married, its cause you have the worlds smallest penis......all your coworkers hate you, as do your neighbors (they wish you would move).....if you have kids, they want nothing to do with you either. Your funeral will set a record for fewest in attendance...should i go on?

I don't see them crumbling this year. Yes we get to play bottomfeaders like Buffalo, Jax, St. Louis, Oak 2x and Arizona (they aren't that good), and Cleveland, but I think the type of players Pioli is bringing in helps us a lot too.

"He added that although Tuesday was a day off for players, many came into the practice facility to watch film or work out."

http://www.kansascity.com/2010/10/13/2311533/chiefs-notes-first-loss-sparks.html

It's always good to see that players want to win and will do anything to do so.

You guys just got taken to OT by a win less team at home. Would have loss too if not for a timeout to ice the kicked at the last second. Not sure I would worry about what the Broncos are doing right now.
