Some of Josh's post-game locker room speech from the Titan's game:

"We talked about trying to play three phases as good as we could play them for 60 minutes. I think everybody in here knows we didn't do that, right? Okay? But we were tougher."

That was cool. I really wish we could see more of what goes on inside the organisation.

I know I am in the majority but I would love a Broncos Hard Knocks one year especially with McDaniels.

I know it would be neat, but honestly I think it is a distraction that we don't need.

When Shanny was talking?

Oh I know.

Team seemed kind of dead to me when Dawkins was talking to.

Crappy team.

Boring. He saves all the top shelf material for the sidelines, apparently:

Because they're grown men listening to a ****in ra-ra speech that they've probably heard 30 times.

For some reason I thought Shanny would be at least a little different in demeanor? It's also still weird to see him in Redskin colors.

Why would they be? they know they need to play better. The same way you don't do your end zone dance for tapping a fat chick, you save your good stuff for the hotties.

Wasn't exactly a enthusiastic speech. It was a good job, tough opponent, well earned, but not good enough yet speech. Just like our game really.

What difference does it make? We have already had every other distraction a team can have

That depends. If you're out with the guys and there's a whole group, and the numbers match up, sometimes you gotta take one for the team. Go hoggin'.

That video hurt my heart a little, and made it feel better at the same time.

Hey, any time the Chefs are in first place, you know we've still got a chance at the division.

My hopes are well in check for this season, but rooting for a big run.

I had no problem with any of those speeches. I think the Broncos had the perfect attitude after the Titans game. "Yes, we won but the way we did it won't cut it most days in the NFL." If they were celebrating someone here would complain they aren't taking the need to improve seriously enough.

Thems the rules, but you don't break out the Dom Perignon and strawberries if a sixpack of MDG will do the job, you know what I am saying?

And on the other hand some people compained that other people pointed out the exact same things that McD did.

It's all about Jamie Winborn celebrating his awesome tackle 8 yards down field on first down... down 35-0.

It would be cool, the sitting around trying to decide who to run off, checking Pro Bowl rosters on who to cut loose and the New England waiver wire for talent to replace them!
