what do you think will happen here if both Hillis and Torain make it to the pro bowl

do the skins and browns play each other this year?

Think he deserves a shot after the way he "trucked" that Eagles safety last week. Wish we had someone that could do that.

Good for Torain. Much health and success.

This is ****ing retarded at this point.

He was signed by Baltimore in late 2003, then sent to the Rhein Fire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhein_Fire) of NFL Europe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_Europa), but eventually cut by the Ravens.[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Harrison_%28American_football%29#cite_note-MerrillESPN-1) After being cut for a fourth time, Harrison considered not playing anymore. He thought about becoming a veterinarian.

On November 26, during a Monday Night Football (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monday_Night_Football) game, an announcer gave Harrison the nickname, "Mr. Monday Night", because of his outstanding performance on November 5. He piled up 8.5 sacks, 7 forced fumbles, 3 recovered fumbles, and 98 tackles on the year. He was voted team MVP for the 2007 season.

On January 5, 2009, Harrison was named the AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_Defensive_Player_of_the_Year) for the 2008 season, beating out Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DeMarcus_Ware) for the award.[18] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Harrison_%28American_football%29#cite_note-17) Harrison became the first undrafted player to win the award

Yes, Broncos fans have turned whinier than Ravens fans.

i think it is more likely he suffers another season ending injury before he has a 100 yard rushing day.

side note: what the hell is SHanahan's beef with Portis? is it a personal thing? Did Clinton kick Mike's dog or something?

So sayeth me...

On his first two carries he will break off 60 yard scampers to the end zone leaving a trail of pure awesome-ness behind him. The trail will be later analyzed as his internal organs being vaporized by the mean stares of the DB's running behind him. He will break both femurs in his second TD celebration dance. While being carted off the field, he will shatter his right forearm waving to the crowd. The heli trip to the hospital will cause both eyeball to explode due to the 750 foot radical change in elevation. Most of his left fingers will be broken pressing the nurse call button in the hospital. He will also suffer the worst yeast infection of a vagina ever known and will live out the remainder of his life arranging flowers and writing love sonnets in braille.

Guaranteed.

Some players thrive in specific system. Guys like Torain, Mike Anderson, Olandis Gary, and even Portis. As a Bronco, Torain wouldn't even be able to pass Buck in depth chart.. I'm glad to hear that he's doing well in DC. Good for him.

But thinking that we'd regret losing Torain is idioctic. It's completely different offense.

Knowshon has 65 carries for 212 yds for a piddling average of 3.3 yards/carry. His longest run is 17 yards and he's got 2 touchdowns for his troubles. Meh at best.

In the meantime Big Train Torain's plowing through tacklers like they're bowling pins. He's lugged the rock a studly 82 times for 381 yards (a whopping 4.8 yards/carry) His longest run is 36 yards and he's got 3 spectacular TDs so far-- with much more to come. WOW!!

When asked about Torain at his press conference today maybe Shannahan said, "After I was hired the 1st thing I did was check the waiver wire for players I was familiar on. I couldn't believe a back of Ryan's excelingness was available so I told Bruce Allen to sign him up. I don't know what they was thinking on when they cut him but with what I knowed about Josh's arrogance it doesn't surprise me one bit. Now I'm laughing thinkling how McDaniel's friggin blew it like a TJ hooker working the seed room on pay day."

What the hell does any rival fan even have to say? Only KC can even legitamately claim not to be in the bottom 10 amongst NFL teams - and they are obviously a paper tiger that will get demolished in the playoffs. Their future looks bright but hard to brag about that in the middle of the season. The Fade can relish this win and then return to getting totally outclassed by the rest of the NFL teams and the Chargers are infighting even worse than us. Almost as bad but they've fallen a lot further considering out mediocrity. There's no pride in the AFC-west anymore because none is to be had. We might get some fans from non-division teams coming by in later weeks to kick us while we're down but those types of thrills get old pretty quick, even to opposing fans.

Denver is 32nd in the league at 68.4 yards per game and you think KM paltry receiving yds compensates for utter incompetent running???
Some people should really stay off the kool-aid. I guess it hurts your argument to make any reasonable assessment of the team's general incompetence. 4-13 was achieved the old fashioned way...by playing to that level.

Which proves, yet again, beyond any reasonable doubt, that it's all about the schemes and coaching when it comes to the OL executing blocks to open up the lanes.

How anybody can begin to blame the players in Denver over the schemes is atrocious. Broncos fans should know better, and if they don't, Shanahan is there to hammer the point home yet again with a former Broncos cast off and what was an awful OL in Washington last year
