Republican Sharron Angle seems to be solidifying her support in her bid to unseat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in Nevada.
In the latest Fox News battleground state poll of likely voters, Angle drew 49 percent to Reid’s 46 percent. As voters make up their mind with four weeks to go until Election Day, Angle seems to have the edge.

On Tape, Angle Tempts Opponent With 'Juice'
LAS VEGAS -- Senate candidate Scott Ashjian said he needed to protect himself when he decided to record the meeting between himself and Sharron Angle, who is also seeking election to Nevada's Senate seat.
At last week's secret meeting, Angle told Ashjian that he could lose the election for her, letting Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid keep his seat.
"I believe you can do some real harm, not to Harry Reid but to me," Angle told Ashjian, according to audio recordings posted on LasVegasSun.com. "I'm not sure you can win and I'm not sure I can win if you're hurting my chances. And that's the part that scares me."
Angle inferred that Ashjian would get "juice" with GOP Senators if he dropped out of the race.
Ashjian sat down with FOX5 to explain the meeting and why he recorded the meeting.
"Is somebody offering me a deal? I didn't take it that like that," Ashjian said. "I took it as it was somebody asking me for help because she felt like she couldn't defeat Harry Reid on her own."
Ashjian said the recordings were not illegal and he never intended to release them until someone in Washington, D.C., attacked him.
When asked if he is a Reid plant, an accusation made by some in the GOP, Ashjian responded, "100 percent no. I've never spoke to Harry Reid."
Angle received the Tea Party Express endorsement ahead of June’s primary election. The group has denounced Ashjian and even released a Web video telling him to “get lost.”
Angle's campaign did not respond to requests for an interview but released a statement early Monday saying she only “expressed what many working families in Nevada and across the country are feeling.”

Reid is no prize but the fact that anyone would vote for the likes of Angle does not inspire confidence in the fate of our nation...

The funny thing about this race is that the voters in Nevada dislike both candidates. They both poll very badly. The winner will the one they least dislike. Ha!

Liberals do not want change and want garbage like Reid to stay in power. They could have at least tried to find another democrat to challenge him, but nah, he has the better chance of winning in Nevada, so they stick with him.

Reids gotta go. Nevada is screwed right now. There is no reason he should get re-elected.

I guess she's learning a thing or two from the Obama administration.

If they vote Barney Frank back into office, you can pretty much confirm that they dont care at all about the welfare of our citizens. They would rather have their little people in place. That's what's scary about these modern liberals. They have no sense and they are so hungry for power that they'll re-elect the guy who destroyed the economy in Frank, despite his clear incompetence and recklessness, just to put someone with a "D" in there.
