Looks like Harris and Goodman will return this week from what I've read on rotoworld.com.

Moreno and Woodyard are out according to ESPN

Denver Broncos running backs Knowshon Moreno (hamstring) and Spencer Larsen (ankle) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, coach Josh McDaniels said Friday.

Correll Buckhalter and Laurence Maroney will get most of the action in the Broncos' backfield. Moreno did not play in last Sunday's game, either, a 27-13 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

Moreno, Denver's primary back, scored a touchdown in each of the Broncos' first two games this season, totaling 111 yards rushing on 39 carries.

Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard (hamstring) was ruled out by McDaniels earlier in the week. The coach has watched cornerback Andre' Goodman (quad) practice the past couple of days on a limited basis and expected that he will play.

Denver right tackle Ryan Harris (knee) also is expected to be back on the field in a starting role.

What happened to Larsen ? I don't remember him getting hurt.

So does Beadles move to RG or will Daniels stay?

And can either Maroney or Buckhalter throw a block with no fullback available?

If Harris goes down again this week for some reason, it's time to sit him for a while and ride the Beadles train...but it's good that he is back again.

I hope Brown is over the turf toe enough to play in short yardage

mcdaniels has said a few times in the last few days he sees beadles as a 6th OL.

He left last week's game fairly early on. I remember making a post about it in the official game thread during the game....something along the lines of him entering the running for this year's honorary Boss Bailey "can't stay on the field" award.

I read somewhere that Beadles would work more at guard and be a backup at G and T.

Hadn't heard about Woodyard - did he re-aggravate his hammy?

If Harris is good to go, do we waive someone like Chris Clark to add another LB? We only have 6 healthy ones right now.

I knew Larsen got hurt, but hadn't heard anything about him since Sunday. I assume Gronkowski and Quinn will be active this week, with one playing some FB (Gronk)?

I just can't imagine a scenario in which Beadles isn't starting. Daniels is just plain awful. Even an inexperienced Beadles is a far better option IMHO.

I'd imagine it's mostly to do with the uncertainty regarding Harris.

My guess is they keep the interior the same as it is right now, for a few weeks at least. Maybe if Harris can stay healthy for a month or so they think about putting Beadles in for Daniels at LG.

It would be a lot to ask of a rookie to have him go from RT to LG in the space of a week, especially when you consider that he played LT in college so they're both new positions he's adapting to.

Hate to say it because I think in terms of ability when he's at 100% Harris is one of the better RT's in the league, but odds are he's IR come December and Beadles is back being the starting RT.

Daniels let's a lot of guys blow pass him, I don't understand the reasoning behind it. I kind of figured it would go this way when McDaniels replaced him with Daniels in preseason

Having Harris back should improve the running game. He's probably our best run blocker (when healthy).

Did any actual word come out on specifically what Knowshon's injury is? Or just lingering hammy?

I am not 100% but I thought they said it was the other hammy this time

Talk about jumbo package. Beadles must be quick.

If there were a game that Quinn could save his job this would be it.

Maroney ran up the back of his legs and jacked him

The losses of Brown and Ford take a hit to the depth of the Titans rotating D-line. With that, I'm boosting my prediction to Broncos 55, Titans 6. God bless.

Goodman is nice. Harris is huge.

Moreno would be nice too but without a solid line it won't matter.
Here's to hoping Harris can make just enough of a difference to where we can use the run to set up the pass.

P.S.- Hope coach learned from last week!! Even WITH Harris our best bet in the red zone (and at the goal line) is to spread guys out and have a run/pass option.
We're simply not gonna blow guys off the line but with Orton and our receivers we SHOULD be able to spread 3 or 4 wide, force the defense to respect the pass and that could lead to a running play being effective without having to run into a 9 man front.

Clady is one hell of a Run Blocker himself . he led the league I believe his rookie year .

But Harris is probably better Wam blocker . His trap blocking is out of this world good .

I don't think it's a coincidence that the running game died with Harris going down last year.

With Harris healthy things change for the running game. I've been saying all year that we need to hold judgment until we get the pieces together on the OL. Looks like we're headed in that direction, at least, although Harris will need to stay healthy for a few weeks in order for the line to gel and really start getting it done in the running game.
