Man- These Guys look like us first part of Last season. Timely Plays, a me against the world mentality. I am hoping they get exposed before we have to play them. A bad team that believes is still a hard out.

They are doing a good job despite having a very poor QB. The Chiefs are a solid young team and they've got some good young players that are a real threat. I'm quite concerned about the Chiefs (that was for Khan :) ).

they are going to lose their next 2 games and come back to reality.

They definitely have some talent and are very explosive. 10 years of sucking ass and having high draft picks will eventually do that for you. Props to them.

their defense is playing quite well
it looks like they may have risen out from garbage state they have been and be a team that at least doesnt suck anymore

I predicted 6-10 before the season, I may have to bump that to 7-9

The Chiefs are doing some good things, but SF has been a lost team this season, and they're showing the same today.

True. The 49ers are playing like trash.
We are going to murder the 49ers in London.

Mike Singletary might have to pull his pants down again.

How long before the Media starts jumping off of Singletary's Jock? They love him because he is a good story.

Pretty much. I can't stand how they just drool all over themselves on NFL Live, etc about how Mike Singletary is a GREAT COACH/RUNS A TIGHT SHIP/KNOWS HOW TO LEAD MEN.

Probably as soon as he's fired, which could be soon. That team hasn't been remotely prepared for a single game this season.

Better yet what is the over and under for how many Chef bandwagon fans coming out of the wood wook around here ? I live in KC and really like a quiet Chef fan base . It has been nice around here last couple of years.

SF just plain sucks, this game along with their season opener where they were 1 of 15 on first downs tells me that today was a hell of a lot more a bad SF team than a good KC team.

If gay jokes are the best you can do, you've already admitted defeat.

Nov. 14, TEAM ARROWHEAD is coming back to Denver. We're coming with the keys, and we're leaving with the keys.

Let's not get carried away here. They've done an excellent job in two years transitioning from an abysmal, bafoon led franchise to early season, over-rated league sweetheart (congrats on being where the Broncos were last year!).

But look at the schedule and remember that they committed the franchise killing sin of committing financially to a ****ty quarterback.

Long td to Brandon Lloyd! Back in it baby!

chefs suck out loud..

Haven't won a playoff game since January of 1994

Haven't been to a Superbowl since January of 1970

Have won 3 playoff games in 40 years.

Truly a irrelevant franchise.

What is going on November 24th? Is there some kind of NFL Thunder Dome I am not aware of?

The Chiefs have beat 2 winless teams that picked in the top 15 this year, and another team that is 1-2. So the combined record of the teams they have faced is 1-8.
I think they'll have a wakeup call after the bye week with Indy, then going to Houston.
Can't fault them for beating who's on their schedule, but I do feel at the end of the season, you're looking at an 8-8 team, give or take a win/loss.

This is a fair enough appraisal. Though part of the reason they have a 1-8 record is because the Chiefs handed them almost half those losses. ;)

But the next two games (at Indy and at Houston) do represent a real test for the number one rushing offense and number five scoring defense. If they can split those games I think you're going to be looking at a Chiefs team with a 6-1 record (since the two games after that are at home against the Jags and the Bills). Of course -- as we saw with Denver last year -- KC could go completely in the toilet.

It's too bad the Chiefs didn't lose all three games, then their opponents would be 4-5.

Chiefs Accidentally Win Again

SEATTLE—In yet another victorious slip-up that baffled players, coaches, and fans alike, the Chiefs accidentally defeated the Seahawks 42-24 Sunday, inadvertently outplaying their opponent by scoring more touchdowns. "We have no idea what even happened, because on most of the plays we didn't even mean to score," quarterback Matt Cassel said of his team's unintentional dominance of the game. "I tried to throw the ball away at least three times, but it kind of floated and ended up in Dwayne Bowe's hands. It must have startled him, too, because he started screaming and running with the ball towards the end zone as fast as he could." During the postgame press conference, players on the Chiefs' defensive line apologized to the Seahawks for frequently tripping and falling on top of their running backs.
