Huh.

Yet the Lions and Browns are both down at halftime.

More things change...

Team sport bud. Doesn't take away from what the people mentioned are doing. Especially Hillis. He has 6 receptions in the first half too, btw.

I understand why we got Quinn. It probably did help Orton through competition. However with our RB situation, I think we would have been better with him than without.

Sure would have been nice if he did that for us last year instead of fumbling the ball and missing blocks whenever he got out there.

We weren't doing any better with them, so I'm not really interested.

ESPECIALLY Alphonso Smith. Every CB on our roster is better than he is.

Smith's pick was on a batted ball by a DL, and Smith, who didn't appear to be covering anyone in the middle of the field, had the ball fall directly in his hands.

Day isn't over, plenty of time for Hillis to put a couple of balls on the ground.

Scheffler is still a whiny vajajay.

Good. I'm glad to see them doing well...especially Tony.

Hopefully Jay carves the Packers defense up on Monday.

So he could fumble it or blow redzone assignments?

And if the individual players are happy that they had a good day but the team still loses, then I am happy they are not here anymore.

Traded players often try hard after being traded. They have been put on notice - do well or else - plus they have something to prove. In time, they often revert to just how they played here. Look at the numbers of traded players no longer even in the league.

So what?? They aren't Broncos anymore. Get it?

So, get over it now? It's all in the chucking past, Farley.

It is getting really tiring, all this negative Karma on the board. And boring. You are boring.

dont get me wrong, the only one i miss on this group is hillis, just because we saw here what he can do if you hand him the ball instead of asking him to do 100 other things as well. hes not a punt returner or even a good FB, but hes a good ball carrier.

the other 2 i could care less, scheffler would be our 5th best ball catcher. just saying, they are having good days today if you look at the stat line.

Hillis isnt good enough to play here, especially with all the elite backs we have. Plus we raped em by getting Brady Quinn. Oh boy. Yay us and our personnel decisions.

He had ONE fumble in his entire career as a Bronco, and it was returning a kickoff.

Yeah, when Shanahan sat him for half the year, man was I pissed.

He wasn't really a known commodity until he got his chance to shine...boy is he raping the hell out of the Ravens today. His offense is single-handedly winning that game.

Petyon has 173 of the 297 of offense by Cleavland today.

Hillis is looking great playing on a team that actually knows how to run the ball. The browns are a great running team. Last year Hillis would get stuffed every play because our run game is pure crap. I think its the offensive system.

He only had ONE. It was a kickoff. Spdirty is smoking something or is clearly too lazy to look up the facts.

It was against Cleavland too.

I like how he fumbled against Oakland when he didn't get an offensive snap.

Yeah I remember it was a 20 point blowout at Oakland so it didnt matter, but I was cussing at him and that put him permanently into McDs doghouse.

According to Espn & NFL.com he has one lost fumble in his career. Don't know where this Hillis fumble meme came from but it is demonstrably wrong.

Peyton carrying the Browns on his back, possibly to a victory over the very good Ravens. I'm glad some team wised up and put this guy in a position to succeed. Most could see, he had the ability. He's like a bigger, faster version of Knowshon, w/ better hands.

Ok well i know hillis didnt fumble at all against the raiders last year.

In 2008 the raiders beat us by 20. maybe you are thinking of this play?

(6:20) 6-J.Cutler FUMBLES (Aborted) at OAK 7, RECOVERED by OAK-28-Gi.Wilson at OAK 4. 28-Gi.Wilson to OAK 5 for 1 yard (78-R.Clady). Hand off from Cutler dropped.

That play both Hillis and Cutler were at fault but Cutler got credit with the fumble. And that fumble happened when the score was 0-0.

I don't recall Shanahan sitting him out. He only missed two games and as I recall that was because of his ankle.

Hillis was a statement from McD...that's the only explanation that makes any sense. His talent was obvious to anyone who watched him play here but why would it surprise anyone that new coaches move some guys out in favor of what they want instead? People need to let it go and focus on what we have here NOW.

There are a aweful lot of "statements" from McDaniels that are proving that he isn't nearly as smart as he thinks he is.
