Every ****ing time I have to kick a girl out of my bed because she's drunk and/or has a boyfriend, a part of my inner man dies.
I'm about to say **** monogamy.

Huh? Do you know what monogamy means?
How does you kicking a girl out of bed because she's drunk have to do with anything? Do you mean chivalry, maybe? Anything hinting at ethical?

Nope, monogamy. Note the part where I mentioned a boyfriend.

But, the drunk girl part?
Do you not do it just incase she's too drunk to remember she has a BF?

This thread is more a statement on Smurf's life than on monogamy.

I think the OP is BF7. He's the only one manly enough to tell a story like that and want to be taken seriously.

I am willing to wager that the problem you have with monogamy is less due to the girls you are with and more due to the fact you are a douche.

Monogamy is okay, but I prefer a nice walnut or figured quarter sawn oak.
Pretty sure the guy code states that it is ok if it happens outside the USofA.

I have many leather bound books. My apartment smells of rich monogamy.

The anthropologist in me wants to agree that monogamy is not biologically natural for men.
The philosopher in me wants to disagree; that a higher degree of intelligence and contemplation of our own nature puts running around down to giving in to base desires.
As a man of a homosexual nature, I feel a strong impulse to sleep with whomever; to whit, I am attracted to men, who share the same impulses as I. However...I am opposed to grievous skankage, and deem self control one of my prime virtues.
Therefore, I disagree with the OP.

The nice thing about being late 20's as opposed to in my teens is that I dont feel the need to cow to professors. They don't have to like what I say. I know myself. I dont need to be molded. I dont care about shaping my world perspective to fit the ideological whims of the institution I currently am enrolled. If I agree, I say so. If I don't, I will tell you why.
Hombreguapo needs to lay off the drunk skanks. He needs to find the girl who he can bring home but does not mind a quickie in the garage before thanksgiving dinner. He does that, and he will change his mind on monogamy.

I would classify it as left-center. Not so far left you feel the need to pull your hair out.
Its an appreciated stance.

Wait, wait, wait.
Girl gets in bed with you, THEN says she has a boyfriend?
Does she laugh at your little tinky first? This thread should be at epic as the moving to Myrtle Beach one.

Nope, it's a known fact. She lives in the room across from me. She comes in my room drunk, hugs me then pulls me to my bed. I kicked her out.
The point is, no one, including myself, gives a **** about relationships. Girls with boyfriends are always sleeping with dudes. They keep me awake sometimes because these ****ing walls are so thin.
I'm seriously going to do it the next time this happens.

I wasn't talking a political leaning. Moreso, what school of thought your professors are in as far as theory goes in anthropology.

Neither is flying in airplanes, but we still agree to do it.
(Not that I'm saying your premise is false.)

ummm. that means they aren't practicing monogamy. if you are monogamous, you dont have sex with other people. you have a problem with whores and liars, and you should.
Real monogamy works, but it requires that you don't sleep around. just thought id clear that up for you.
