With the roster trimmed to 53 and the practice squad filling up, there are some new numbers to announce.

Kevin Alexander: No. 58
Andre Brown: No. 26
Chris Clark: No. 75
Dan Gronkowski: No. 82
Joe Mays: No. 51
Syd’Quan Thompson: No. 22
Worrell Williams: No. 54

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kinda wish Squid would have avoided #22. That number seems to be somewhat cursed for the Broncos.

43 fit squid but I guess 22 is more of a corner number weird why wouldn't Andre Brown have #22 since he was that on the Giants.

and I kinda liked Joe Mays being 96.

I saw Worrell taking #54 a mile away. Now he's right next to his bro #55.

Nice to see Syd take a CB #. Though I hope the curse of Peyton Hillis doesn't destroy him as it did Phonz.

I like all these #'s. They all suit their positions.

Now just swap Moreno and Burtons #'s and I'll be happy.

Crap....Squid is going to go downhill, now.

You don't take Hillis's number and live to write about it.

It's easier to just say Squid than Syd'Quan.

Squid has to be one of the coolest football nicknames... especially for a slippery dude with tentacle hair.

I would have kept 96 if I were Mays. 90's numbers are the t!ts for linebackers.

I actually wasn't the oldest in Lambda... No frats in the Netherlands.

Aren't you a little immature to be a doctor?

That was mean... but still...

(I've had worse. When I had Psoriasis and the GP couldn't figure it out he was like, "I'm gonna refer you to a dermatologist - those freaks have crazy skin fetishes... they'll figure it out." Got some triamcinolone acetonide it was gone in a week.)

You were posting about your Naval training in 2004. By my math that makes you roughly 24-25 years old. That's how old I was when I graduated medical school... the same age you became the liquor store connection.

I joined right after turning 18. I'm 23... 24 in three weeks. You can't blame me for joining the Navy first - obviously you didn't decide to serve first... I'll be in Law school by next January.

Again, it's kind of cool when you're 18. When you're 23, it's kind of sad. I'm sure it was awesome though, being the old guy beer connection.

But I'm done, man. This is ****ing ridiculous.

:Broncos:

He's 32 and has only made two pro-bowls on a team that gets a lot of votes. He's never had more than 4 INT's or 18 pass deflections in a season. I view CB's as 20's and occasionally 30's.
