Oily Film on Mock's Balcony

I stepped out to have a twice a day smoke on my cigar, (I usued to be a chain smoker), and I can barely walk, so I go outside 3 times a day to take a couple puffs.

I almost fell off the railing, it was slippery, not like rain, also the air smells funny.

Humidity is around 85%, there is a like odd smell here in Hot Springs. Calm winds, but the air seems unusually heavy.

Everything is like slippery.

Also the air doesn't smell fresh, the air doesn't smell right.

Also, alot more crows, and my songbird didnt have eggs, or they didn't hatch.

Haven't seen any bald eagles either, usually, there are 4 or 5 circling about at times over Lake Hamilton, below Ouachita Dam.

More crows.

This is the first time I've noticed it.

It's like invisable.

Hot Spring Village is a private gated community with seven beautiful golf courses and some good fishing lakes. Located in Arkansas.......razorbacks country. Just might be one of the best retirement places in the US.
