Teen werewolves.

Yep. Teen wolf was evidently before his time.

Meh. Every generation has its own form of unique-to-freak style that gets disdain and contempt from its elders. I can't find it at the moment, but there's a great quote about the disrespect, wild behavior, decadence & whatever of the country's youth... from ancient Greece, 3000 years ago. All this gets from me is a shrug.

Ah...so I see that the thread title left the impression that it should have.

This is this generation's aimless youth looking for attention.

No, they are not different, they are special.

This sets a dangerous precedent, as now people will not believe someone if they are attacked by a real werewolf.

Equally annoying are the unique and beautiful snowflakes that are the modern hipster. They are all so eager to look different they end up looking the same. Meanwhile they sip on PBR and have pseudo intellectual conversations about how much better their taste in music is than everyone else while wearing skinny jeans, chucks, and an ironic t-shirt.

Aren't werewolves and vampires mortal enemies? This is setting the stage for an ugly showdown.

However if he can dunk from the free throw line then all is forgiven.

The kid explained that its gangs who are just posers looking for attention. These kids don't want attention - they just wear tails & fangs because they are part wolf... not because they want people to look at them.

Yeah, it's kind of hilarious, but as the mom at the end put it, if this is the worst they do there isn't much to complain about. Sure, they'll (hopefully) look back 10-20 years from now and wonder what the hell they were thinking wearing wolf tails around, but in terms of accepted and wide spread fashion/cultural trends (wearing baggy pant completely below your ass, shutter shades, mullets) it's hardly any worse.

For my middle school/early high school years it was Dazed and Confused. We all wanted to be hippies. Don't know if that's better or worse than Werewolves.

Its the same. I mean, kids still want to be hippies... I'll never understand the whole werewolf thing, but to each his own.

Twilight is one of the worst forms of media to ever exist on this planet. I wonder if these tards get into fights with the vampire cliques.

It's pretty reassuring that they want us to know that they're not to be feared. Or is it a trick?

The vid kinda glosses over the kid who had a dog's skull, was it just alluding that he may have killed the dog? I don't get it... did he have anything to do with the neighbor's dog being killed or not?

Yeah I found that strange as well...they start down that road and then it just ends...

Just kids trying to get through a difficult time of life. Thank goodness I made it through adolescence with nothing more embarassing than a bad haircut and pegged jeans. The worst part is that their Werewolf Phase will be permanently documented via Facebook.

This is lame. These kids look like vampires with tails not werewolves. I was expecting something cool like kids wearing fur on their skin but instead we see goth kids wearing tails.

Can you relate to these youth?

Not trying to be an ass, just an honest question. Screen name and post just seem to show you may possibly have the inside skinny on these sorts of things.

I went to HS in the late 90s...so everyone looked more or less like the kids in the first American Pie...which was weird. I go from a HS in Camp LeJeune where the kids wear whatever from the PX, to a school of 3000 where they all look like extras from the AP flicks. I was the "weird kid" because I had one of those old school blue Bronco jackets with the D on the back.

But emo kids wearing tails?...Uhh...some kids are begging to get bullied.

Pretty sure the tails are a direct result of them not having the social skills necessary to get tail like a normal kid.
