Just more fodder for overanalysis.

A little more extensive version showing all four QB's throwing multiple drops.

Orton's hand looks like a elephant trunk when he is done throwing. He needs to go. Brandsteder and Tebow look like the qb's I wound want.

I cant wait to see how these Qb's play in preseason. I like how Brandstater stands tall and delivers tall when throwing. I noticed the others bend their knees a little. I think that would cause more batted or tipped balls at the los.

I always though from watching Quinn (with the Browns) that he didn't snap his hips very well. He starts his throwing motion while facing too far forwards (knees and belt buckle already downfield).

It will be interesting to see if they fix this, because it should lead to a more powerful, more accurate, throwing motion.

How about you pick a legitimate complaint?

Seriously. He needs to go because he bends his wrist?? Hilarious!

I'll take "Idiotic Statements" for $1000 Alex.

Orton does that motion because McDaniels taught him too. I noticed them working on it throughout training camp last season. It has something to do with how McDaniels wants their mechanics to work.

Funny listening to you guys break down the QB throwing motion when none of you have ever played the position.

Brady's release is so much faster than Tewbow's. Even Orton's is. That needs to be worked on big time.

I understand this comment, but it is a Broncos message board with members who are here mid-May, a complete NFL dead zone. There are some posters on this site with some ridiculously good takes and some with completely ridiculous takes (I like to think of myself in the latter, Kaylore, montrose, Drek et al in the former). They make entertaining reading. That's why we come here. Why else?

Note to self: Ask Mizzoutigers before posting any opinion about the mechanics of throwing a football. There, done!
