My doctor told me about this because I have high blood pressure and I hope none of you eat any of this!!

I'm "good to go". Haven't ever had any of those foods.

P.F. Chang's. Blechh! I've given up on trying to find any good Chinese food in Colorado. It doesn't exist. I learned to make my own.

Yummmmmmmmmm....31 slices of bacon.

Also, did you see the recommended alternative for fried cheese sticks? A salad. Really? Someone wants some fried cheese and you think a salad will do?

P.F. Chang’s Wok Charred Beef

10,045 milligrams sodium
850 calories
30 g fat (15 g saturated)

This is criminal. That's like 5 days worth of sodium.

Check out this list of foods and their sodium content. You'll be amazed at how much we consume.:holyguac!

Such a shame the you pick two with Sierra Turkey and Greek salad is on that list. I used to order that exact same thing on Panera Bread.

I'll tell you what - I cut out caffeine and my blood pressure dropped by about ten points in a couple weeks.

Gotta say I love the P.F. Changs.

"Wow. The largest poop in the world. How'd you do it, Randy?"
"You know, those Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches.... oh, and PF Changs."

There's plenty of good chinese and dim sum in Denver.

The Empress and Super Star Asian Cuisine on Alameda come to mind.

PF Chang is for people who don't like Chinese food.;D
