I huge congratulations goes out to JaMarcus Russell for finally hitting 300 pounds!

This means the Raiders can finally move him to his natural position: Defensive Tackle.

Their run defense just got a lot more intimidating.

So...Not sure if this means he is a bigger Bust than Ryan Leaf.

Never heard of a QB that ATE himself out of the NFL before.

Especially a #1 in the draft.

You guys could get him for a conditional 4th in 2012. If he doesn't make the Pro Bowl, you keep the 4th. He could show Tebow the ropes, kinda bring the kid along... teach him some work ethic.....

Infatuation? Pretty lame to overstate another guy's take in an (unsuccessful) efforet to tear it down.

I don't care how many mid-early season games we beat him, a must-win home game at the end of the season is a million times more important.

I'm surprised I have to explain this ???

I'm pretty sure Ryan Leaf smoked us for 300+ and a win. With the Cowboys. I could be wrong and really don't care one way or the other but I'm still going to make fun of him as the all time biggest bust. Except for Russel I hope.

Also, it is really easy to make fun of him. I made fun of him when he was playing for LSU too. I like LSU almost as much as Denver and I think the guy sucked there. He had a few good games but he is basically a lazy guy with no passion. Let's make fun of him together... It'll be fun.

Let's not forget he's a damn Raider. I'll make fun of him, Howie Long and Jim Plunkett too.

Remedial second grade math for our slow learners:

2-0 in Oakland plus 0-2 at home equals 2-2 against JaMarcus Russel.

Not a whole lot to brag about there, and it ain't got **** to do with road games, so I'm a little confused here.

I guess you don't understand that winning road games is harder than winning home games in the NFL. Buff keeps pounding the fact into our heads that JaFatty beat the Broncos at home. I just pointed out the fact that on the flip side, the Broncos are 2-0 against JaFatty in Oakland. In other words, he's like a guaranteed road win. Which is nice.

My mistake. He was still with San Diego when he threw for 311 Yards, 3 TD's and one pick in a one point loss to Denver. He still sucks just like JeMarcus and, I for one am going to make fun of both them despite their good games against the Broncos.

By any standard, Russel has been a bust......AND he's a Raider, so he's fair game.

Winning a couple of games against the Broncos doesn't change that.
