I can only speak for myself. From here on out, I'm pulling for teams in the following order:

1. New England - for sake of Patsfan, because they've got two of my favorite ex-CU players on board, because they are old school AFC, and because they don't annoy me much.

2. Carolina - my underdog favorite.

3. St. Louis - 'cause I have relatives who live there and pull for them, and any team coached by Martz needs all the breaks it can get.

4. Tennessee - 'cause I think George & McNair are class acts.

5. Philadelphia - because they've never won.

6. Kansas City - see? There ya' go.

7. Indianapolis.

8. Green Bay.

I'm usually an AFC guy in the SB. Last year, however, I rooted for TB because I couldn't bring myself to rooting for the Raidas. IF the Chefs somehow make it...

LOL

Ahem...I digress...IF the Chefs somehow make it...I will be rooting for the NFC team again in the SB.

I just heard on radio that the Broncos are the 2nd most winning franchise the last 10 years next to the Spurs. Any truth to that?

If were talking % NE has to be #1 in terms of football. Four SB apperances three wins is damn good

Not so fast there skippy, Seattle Seahawks haven't even smelled the big show. Granted they are now an NFC team, but the majority of the time they were the AFC West whipping boy!

You gotta keep into account the Pats have only been really good the last 5-6 years or so.

I admit it. I'm ignorant. Time after time I've seen Chief fan on this board complain about the Donks linemen greasing their jerseys. Where does this come from? KC sports talk radio?

I'm generally pretty objective when it comes to the Donks, but I had never heard about greased jerseys until I joined this board. And even then it only comes from whining chiefs fans.

Did this really happen?

I hope a serious football thought doesn't get in the way of the smaque chatter but think how nasty the AFC West would be this year if Seattle were still in the AFC West.....Even yet think if they were the 4th team and the sorry Faiders had been the one kicked out. That would be off the charts brutal. Definitely 4 of the top 10 teams in the league and when all said and done possibly 4 of the top 6 or so. Then you have jokes like the NFC North and AFC East where .500 ball out of the Pats and Bears would most likely have comfortably won the division.

In fairness to the Pats, it's not their fault Miami, NY, and Buffalo suck balls.

They would be a nasty team had they gotten serious about getting a decent experienced QB. K.Orten has good tools and has a solid chance of being a good NFL QB someday and by rookie standards he is doing ok but killing their chances of doing anything serious towards winning a Super Bowl. Good running game paired up with that great defense would only take modest performance from the passing game to be a real serious threat....as it is I can't imagine them winning more than one game in a row against playoff caliber teams with him dragging down the offense. If Grossman is really healthy I would make the change if I were them. They are winning despite Orton not because of him so make the change and give yourself a serious shot.

I agree it would make things interesting. Be careful talking bad about those bears. There defense is incredible this year. If they find a QB they will be close to unbeatable.
