LeGarrette Blount Oregon. Isn't that the guy that decked a member of the opposite team? A very promising talent but he just lost it at the worse possible time. He intrigues me.

Also-Sean Lissemore William & Mary. He might be a big ol' tub of goo for all I know but I'm from Virginia and I lived in Williamsburgh before I moved to Colorado. Would be fun to see him on the Broncos.

Take that risk? Doesn't exactly scream "character". He is a tough mofo though.

If Arthur Jones is as nasty as his brother (UFC's Jon "Bones" Jones), I'll take him.

From what I've seen the first couple of days, I could see Myron Rolle being the 5th round pick if he is there. I wouldn't mind that a bit. I think speed at safety is a bit overrated compared to smarts and instinct.

I know they are not defenders and we did draft two WR's already but Jacoby Ford and Mardy Gilyard are two players we really need for the return game. I know it's over kill at one position but we really need the help there. Plus we worked them out as well. J.J Arrington is solid but he has been out of football for a year and lord knows how much speed he has left.

Not sure if that's the guy or not, if he is, then he's out of luck.
Look whast happened to Dez Bryant, and Jimmy clausen. Tremendous upside and talent, but teams around the NFL seemd to have sent a message to those players with character issues.
That said, I think he could be had in the later rounds...
There are a lot of players still left, obviously, but this should give you a better idea where to look at by position.
I'll be keeping my eyes on secondary and front-defensive line help, heck, even LB's.

I can see Royal having a more involved role on special teams returning kicks and punts. I believe he's a bona-fide WR, but we have some depth now that can afford us the chance to use Royalin different roles...

It comes with the territory. You want to be treated with respect, do the same.

I gotta say the guy intrigues me. I know about the punch he threw. It was just a really stupid thing to do. I don't know if that one thoughtless act defines his character or not.

One the one hand, that's how he reacted to a stressful situation. It shows a startling lack of sportsmanship. A lack of self control that is troubling. We don't need guys in here that can't behave in a professional manner. On the other hand, it was one incident, and he has certainly already paid a hefty price for it. I just don't know.

Daryl Sharpton is still out there....not sure if he's NFL quality, though. He's athletically limited, but is a between the tackles type of linebacker and could probably hold down a reserve ILB spot. Wouldn't spend more than a late rounder on him (6-7).

The Broncos historically -at least since I've been a fan- never had an explosive guy in the return game.
As I've said before, we need to have somebody there all season long and get him to gel with the rest of the special teams where he knows the tendencies and what routes to run thru

You really should have had a catagory for KR/PR Specialists.

There are some guys that are really good at this and not all of them will actually play WR. Holliday is not going to be lining up and running routes for any pro team.

Here's my best KR/PR Specialists:

Jacoby Ford 4.28
Brandon James 4.32
Trindon Holliday 4.34
LeRoy Vann 4.43
Brandon Banks 4.43
Javier Arenas 4.46

Good to know then. I will add "go **** your mom, sister, cousin" to my repertoire now that I know it's allowed..

Is it just an off-season thing or can we do it 24/7/365?Do me a favor...
Either contribute to the discussion at hand, or take your drama elswhere, please!
Thank you!

I would think someone would pick up on Tony Pike out of Cinci. I think 4th round and no later. Did Chargers draft a QB yet? They sent their 3rd stringer to Seattle so they might have that need. I dont see us drafting anymore QBs but I think he has potential.

Tony Pike Cincy
Micheal Kafka N'Western
Levi Brown Troy
Matt Nichols E'Washington
Dan LeFevour C'Michigan
John Skelton Fordham
Jarrett Brown W'Virginia
Jevan Snead Ole Miss
Zac Robinson Okla St.
Johnathan Crompton Tenn

Pretty good group. I was hoping that if we went for a QB in the later rounds before we drafted Tebow, that it wuld be Zac Robinson. Local Colorado guy, and a pretty decent QB to develop...

I wish we could trade up into the fourth round and draft Jacoby Ford, we need some excitement in our return game, period!!!

Parrish Cox would be a fantastic return specialist, and decent depth at CB.

Anthony Dixon is a beast of a running back... I thought he was the best back in the SEC.

Malcom Sheppard was a highly productive DT at Arkansas... I wonder how he would project as a 5-tech in the 3-4.

Trindon Holliday would be a weapon on punt / kick returns. Dude is tiny, but how did that turn out with Sproles?

LeGarrette Blount Oregon. Isn't that the guy that decked a member of the opposite team? A very promising talent but he just lost it at the worse possible time. He intrigues me.

Also-Sean Lissemore William & Mary. He might be a big ol' tub of goo for all I know but I'm from Virginia and I lived in Williamsburgh before I moved to Colorado. Would be fun to see him on the Broncos.

He's good player, but his teammate Tracy is better. Mike Singletary personally worked both of them out at Zable

Raider might take a late flyer on Scoot Sicko TE New HAMPSHIRE.

Be a good jersey for the guys in the Black Hole.

I hope we trade our 2011 3 round pick for a 4 rounder and get Joe McKnight. I like Arthur Jones in the 5 round and a pass rusher in 6 round. Jurior Galette ,Arthur Moats Adrian Tracy and Linsey Witten are guys I like.

What happened with Al Woods and Cam Thomas? They were both projected in the 2-3 round at one point. I'd really like a DT today and a RB. Buckhalter is the prototypical Broncos player taken over the last 10 years, a good game here or there. He's ok as a backup but he's hurt every season. I'd like a little more insurance.

The question is who did we workout and which ones of those guys are left?

I think Verner is a target and possibly one of the DL.

I couldn't tell you. I might be a douche bag to certain posters but I try and stay away from saying things like that to them.

I would like to point out that my above post came way before the Broncos made this pick. Rock out with your Cox out.

I would say give Tony Pike a look, but we have too many QBs already.
