Yet Another Roethlisberger Incident: "He Pulled His Pants Down"
The Georgia investigation uncovered more allegations of sexual impropriety on Big Ben's part. In this case, on multiple occasions, he invited a woman to his home and made some very unwanted advances.

The Smoking Gun's on top of it, finding the witness statement among the reams of documents released. As part of their investigation, they talked to someone in the Milledgeville Police Youth Explorers program, who passed along info from the sibling of a woman who said she had her own run-ins with Roethlisberger.

The date isn't specified, but allegedly the 21- or 22-year-old woman acted as Roethlisberger's designated driver home from a party. She helped him to his bedroom because he was too drunk, but he wouldn't let her leave. That's when "Roethlisberger pulled his pants down and told [her] she could do whatever she wants."

A week later, according to the statement, Roethlisberger texted the woman to come over for a party. She ended up in his bedroom, where he showed her his new bed and asked her to lie down.

During this Roethlisberger was allegedly forceful with [her], and put his hand up [her] skirt. Eventually [she] was able to push Roethlisberger's hand away, and [she] went to leave the residence. As [she] left Roethlisberger allegedly became angry with [her]."

The woman went home and told her father, but the issue was not pursued. When GBI tried to contact the woman last month as part of the latest Roethlisberger investigation, she declined to speak to them, fearful of her name getting out to the media.

What further wonders does the Roethlisberger investigation hold? Stay tuned.

So, let me get this straight. Roethlisberger exposes himself to this woman, then, apparently after giving him her phone number, she ACCEPTS AN INVITATION TO A PARTY AT HIS HOUSE a week later?. No one has the right to force themselves on another person. I get that, but after the first encounter, wouldn't you think the woman would have the common sense to avoid any further contact with him, especially in a party atmosphere. Roethlisberger is pretty sleezy. This woman is brain dead.

Yeah that's what I got out of it. Basically he showed his wang when he was drunk and when sober invited her over and she said yes. He probably assumed she was down for more. Especially after not only agreeing to go over, but to go up to his room. Some "victim" story.

I'm not saying Roethlisberger isn't a douche, I'm saying this seems like tabloids trying to come after him.

Here's the thing that I find troublesome:

Ben is a young multi-millionaire NFL quarterback. There is no way a guy like this should have difficulty in the female department. Yet, he goes for the absolute lowest-hanging fruit, and uses an off-duty police detail to assist in whatever the hell he's doing. This seems very shady to me... almost like a quasi-rape fettish or something.

The missing part of this story is the voluntary rimjob she gave him just days before the dropped pants incident. Good point. Also to take into consideration, in years past how many men's lives have been ruined by allegations from women falsely accusing someone as the rapist! How many years have men spent time in prison b/c women have wrongly accused them of RAPE.

Do women in this country go to jail for falsely accusing someone of rape after the the fact? Hell no.

Point is the women Rothlesburger had an encounter with can't be trusted at this stage.

Meanwhile if Ben is smart he will stay away from all the Groupie Opportunist Whores and Gold Diggers who just so happen to frequent the same venues that rich athletes socialize in.

First, I don't think many women make this stuff up because the scrutiny the women go through is pretty extreme too. Groupie women dont tell a player no and get locked into a bathroom with an off duty cop blocking anyone else from getting in...after being fed shots at a bar...while being underaged. The woman in Vegas was WORKING and was called into his room for a "broken tv". Neither exactly sounds like groupie like behavior.

Sure your point could be valid, however this women made a bad decision to allow herself to visit an athlete in a private party with body guards and Ben's posse with music and alcohol (drugs etc)! What the hell did she expect to happen? I tell you what.....her panties were coming down, fondling was going to happen, and enticements of oral sex! It is what it is......can't run from the reality.

Okay Sirhcy81....it's obvious you don't live in the reality. But as I stated earlier the women should have used better judgment or perhaps she should just skip the party scene all together. Another thought, unless there's, why should she be believed in the first? The old damsel in distress or a women scorned out for revenge is and should always be taken into consideration.

And if you have daughters hopefully you can warn and dissuade her/them from going out w/o a date to a bar-club etc and allow themselves to become vulnerable with partying in a private setting with over aroused professional athletes who are worth millions and who believe they are entitled to whatever their celebrity wealth and fame will allow.

Shut up Rasta, seriously. You not only sound retarded spitting this nonsense out, but you are condoning horrific behavior. And you are adding facts to a case that are not pertinent. Only nitwit in the club who assaulted a chick was Roethlisberger. Ben's side of the story is going to what? Show the world how hard it is to be young, a superathlete and wealthy? Oh the horrors of being a 27 year old multimillionaire. So hard up he has to force himself on drunk college chicks.

In Rasta world, Nicole Brown deserved to get murdered because she married a wealthy ex-athlete.

Mary Jo Copechne deserved to drown in an overturned car because she should have known Ted Kenndy would leave her there.

Brandon Marshall's former GF should have known better than to get in the way of his fist.

What you are implying is if you are wealthy, regular law does not apply, and any action they take is acceptable...simply because they have money. The simple fact this is the 2nd time a woman has accused him of sexual assault is displaying a disturbing pattern. Other stories of more women are slowly coming out. But of course, they are ALL groupies just looking for some cash. I mean, poor Ben was just trying to have a good time with drunk underaged college chicks or poor hardworking hotel workers.

Schricy81, how often do you come out of your tunnel to observe the real world? Dude you are an emotional wreck! During your scatter gun incoherent rant, you've gone from an alleged rape, to Nicole's murder, to Copecke's (sp) drowning.

Perhaps that woman should seek out guys like you to date. But of course why should she waste her time with boring slug like you! She'd rather take her chances with Big Ben vs overly emotional Schricy81. Sorry the world doesn't operate nor behave the way you think it should.

But as I elaborated earlier.....the wealthy and famous seldom go to jail-prison for their transgressions-aggressions or crimes nor are they on death row. I'm not making excuses I'm trying to point out the realities of LIFE!

OJ had enough money to have a trial and the best lawyers to present reasonable doubt. Ted Kennedy had enough celebrity and wealth to stay out of prison as well. Even Ben Rothlesburger's celebrity and wealth if required to go to trial has enough money to get a reasonable doubt verdict in the end.

You may not like it......but it-is-what-it-is. Wealthy celebrity's can use their money and influence to get 2nd and 3rd chances in life.

a. The girl is at most 22 years old. For the love of God, I know I was pretty damned trusting at 22 and always looked to make excuses for people, "Oh he was so drunk, he didn't know what he was saying, etc."

b. We are getting a half assed stored from the media, how much we don't get we don't know.

c. People, young women especially, are unduly impressed by celebrity. in keeping with a., she probably thought he was drunk and as a celebrity wouldn't try anything because he wouldn't want the bad press.

d. the report came from the sibling of the victim, the victim didn't make the report herself nor has she allowed herself to be identified so I find it less likely this is a media ploy to get money for herself.

But that's my 2 cents.
I'm not saying the girl looking for a payout, I'm saying the press is coming after him and blowing this out of preportion. And I don't think your argument for C is valid. She's an adult and if she is stary eyed for him, that doesn't excuse her behavior or make her a victim.

I'm not defending his other actions. I'm pointing out that just because he did other bad things that doesn't mean he was in the wrong in this particular instance. Basically I think the press is on the anti-Ben hype (and that's all Ben's doing for putting them there) and now they're going to be digging into every little thing he's done and blow it out of proportion. Obviously that's his fault for putting himself under this scrutiny. However looking at this story, I don't believe Ben did anything illegal in this instance based on what the girls sister said.

So when do you think the world and the laws will change to fit your world view.....let me know.......

Okay you emotional idiot.

I was quite calm when calling you a ****tard. Its like calling somebody by name.

At any rate, you are quite wrong. Simply because a punishment does not occur, that does not equate into a wrong not being commited.

You have sided with Ben simply because he is an NFL player. You blamed the women for "being there". That implies that they should know better than to deal with an elite athlete, because all athetes do is have forced sex with drunk chicks. You have not refuted this, but decided to call me an overemotional idiot or say I wish I could date these chicks... Which is just pure comedy on its own.

Even with this, you cannot stay on topic. If you are going to argue and make a rational point...actually take a rational position.

That work for you, giggles?

You cannot be this stupid.

You are blaming the women for being 1. women and 2.being assaulted by an overindulged a-hole. Does Roethlisberger bare any responsibility for where he puts his dick, or whether or not the women told him no?

I hope to God you dont have daughters.

:Broncos:

Sadly, I really do think he's that stupid.

Like an earlier poster stated, "one incident can be chalked up to a greedy, gold digger. This many incidents lends itself to a very disturbing trend." This guy has a problem and it's now becoming known just how much of a problem it really is. This guy is BAD news for the Steelers and the NFL and he needs to be gone and he needs to be gone now.

I don't understand how anyone in their right mind can believe that these reports are nothing but a witch hunt. The fact is these reports were buried for whatever reason and are now starting to see the light of day due to recent activity.

This guy is a predator.

The missing part of this story is the voluntary rimjob she gave him just days before the dropped pants incident. After breaking in the new bed Ben proceeded to tell her she looked fatter with no clothes on. So now every ticked off woman in America that has been with Ben is looking to get her 2 ounces of flesh so to say...

On the bliss of ignorance for being poor!

I thought it was, "you look fatter w/ your clothes on"? Hilarious!

Filed to ESPN: @mortreport (http://twitter.com/mortreport) and I are reporting that Ben Roethlisberger will be suspended four to six games, with conditions attached.

Even if that's the ruling, I'm sure it will get knocked down to 2 or 3 with "good behavior".

Stay tuned.
