I probably missed this thread somewhere else, but I just noticed a few blurbs go by about a few prospects and thought I'd share the information from the other websites.

Players We Have Worked Out

QB, Tony Pike
WR, Marty Gilyard
WR, Arrelious Benn (http://www.dailyillini.com/sports/football/2010/03/18/benn-shows-off-speed-at-illinois-pro-timing-day)
C, Matt Tennant
C, J.D. Walton
OL, Vladimir Ducasse
RB, Toby Gerhart
RB, Montario Hardesty (http://www.tricitiessports.com/default.asp?sourceid=&smenu=79&twindow=Default&mad=No&sdetail=41703&wpage=1&skeyword=&sidate=&ccat=&ccatm=&restate=&restatus=&reoption=&retype=&repmin=&repmax=&rebed=&rebath=&subname=&pform=&sc=1131&hn=tricitiessports&he=.com)
Specialist, Dexter McCluster

Hardesty and Benn are the new additions, so I linked to them. Feel free to add to the thread and let me know. I'll keep up the bigger picture as time moves along.

When did we workout McCluster? That's an odd one to me, he's not really proven as a returner, and we don't need a slot WR.

I think someone said we had a workout with Jonathan Dwyer, but maybe that was just a Combine meeting or something.

SCOUT.COM (http://profootball.scout.com/a.z?s=127&p=9&c=2&cid=954351&nid=4371237&fhn=1)

Ole Miss' Dexter McCluster told Scout.com that he's already conducted a private workout with the Cleveland Browns and has another one scheduled this Thursday with the Denver Broncos. And at the end of the month, he's scheduled to hop on a plane for an official visit with the Tennessee Titans.

After finishing second all-time in all-purpose yards at Ole Miss with 4,089 yards, McCluster is drawing interest from teams as a running back, wide receiver and returns specialist.

And....add Jared Odrick to the list.

Penn State DE Jared Odrick, widely considered a first-round prospect, has already met with the Falcons, Browns and Broncos.

Odrick now has visits scheduled next month with the Saints (April 12), Jets (April 5, 6) and Cowboys (date to be determined).

NFL.comís Pat Kirwan and Bucky Brooks each have Odrick going 22nd to the Patriots in their latest mock drafts, while NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock ranks him fourth among all defensive ends.

First defensive interview! Wow the nfl.com writeup on him is much more promising than any of the others I've read. Did anyone see how many reps he did in the bench at the combine?

*edit* Found it on the googles, I wish the nfl would just tabulate that ****, instead of making 800 videos.

Don't forget the name Ekom Udofia (Stanford). He was hurt last season, but he was a beast before the injury. He's a NT that will be steal for someone if he stay healthy.

Stupid question but how many airline seats to have to buy for Cody to visit you? 2 or 3. Because there is no way that guy fitting into single coach seat.

I would go with 3. 2 so he can exhale, and a third so he has somewhere to put his sammiches.

Not all of these listed in the thread are prospects coming to Dove Valley. From what I understand, a lot of these prospects being mentioned were worked out privately at their respective facilities with the Broncos (and other teams) watching. I'm sure we will hear a few more names. I'm very stoked to see Decker is being brought in. Besides his injury, he has done phenomenal for the Golden Gophers. Got to see him in person a few times. Absolutely phenomenal player. Would be a nice big target and possession receiver to be a potential starter somewhere down the road and replace Marshall.

JR: Getting back to the mental toughness concept. What you said there reminds me of down in Mobile (Senior Bowl week) where we stood with (the GM of his team) and watched Vlad Ducasse beg the coaches to move back inside after a couple of bad plays at tackle. Is that more of what youíre talking about?

Scout: You got it. I know we said right then there ainít no way heís ever gonna make it. Heís afraid of getting beat and looking bad. Thatís the risk you run with the smaller college guys and the kids that everyone calls ďprojectsĒ (yes, he made the air quotes!). There is a hell of a lot of pressure on those kids to try and hit home runs on every pitch and never look bad. Especially early on. Some of the kids can handle it, some canít. He canít, and that ainít gonna change. Move him to guard, whatever...thatís (how they handle it) hard to see from those kids that come from small schools or kids like him that havenít played very long

Denver Post reported it yesterday

Other intriguing players who fit the Broncos' mold at the position include Miami's Jimmy Graham (6-6, 260 pounds), a former basketball player with quality down-the-field skills. There's Arizona's Ron Gronkowski (6-6, 261), a top-rated player who is a bit of a medical concern because he missed the 2009 season after having back surgery. The Broncos had Gronkowski in for a predraft visit.

Mitchell could be an interesting prospect if we can get him in the fifth round. Other than that, he may be picked a little too high because of his size.

They then flew from here to Atlanta to work out Georgia Tech wide receiver Demaryius Thomas, who had suffered a broken foot in February and had been unable to work for scouts.

They didn't work him out, just meet with him late. It was nicely done by the front office.

Ok men, they snuck one by us there right at the end. Next season we must be that much more diligent. We need an agent on every mainstream news outlet, tv, internet, twitter account and under every outhouse, doghouse, Josina's snatch...., well, you get the picture.
We must know!
