RT @PietzschT: Any truth to JaMarcus Russell being in Oakland much more fit than ever before? ... Confirmed. And changed throwing mechanics.

Bold is Adam.

how many pro qbs changed throwing motion in middle of career and it works out well. For him to even be this long into it, and actually still struggling with mechanics shows he should have been a 3rd or 4th round pick.

So now he's not morbidly obese, just obese?

This was yesterday?

No sign of JaMarcus Russell at Raiders' workouts (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/03/15/no-sign-of-jamarcus-russell-at-raiders-workouts/)

So it's not possible for him to not be there on the first day?

If he's there today doesn't mean he will be there tomorrow....
Last year Russell missed the first week of the offseason program but did participate in a lot of it after that. Since then he's been diagnosed with lethargy addiction. LOL

A gem...

JaGarbage Russell is an overweight mongoloid who looks like hes taking a dump every time he drops back to pass. He does not care because he already got paid and hes a lazy tub of dog crap. I hope the man gets hit by a bus and his money goes to something more useful like like cancer research. His existence alone is unnecessary as he wastes air every time he takes a useless breath. Please die a painful death and take Al Davis with you.

I love google.

Yep. That does indeed look like the guy who beat us at home on the last drive of the game last year. Just sayin.

Hard to rip on the guy too much he owed us in the 4th quarter when the game was on the line.

Maybe he's filming for Celebrity Fit Club.

I'd say that he has about the same star power as the other contestants on that show. That would be not much.

No. I think he's normally one of the most valuable players the Broncos have on the field when they play the Fade. But that day, he betrayed us. Fat bastard.

I am guessing he is looking forward to playing us two times a year and winning one.

Maybe his 1st comeback on the road inspired him to turn his life around.

Maybe we will sweep Oakland for the the 1st time in years. I hope it is #2.
