Good. Lloyd can definitely contribute when called upon and Hochstein is an adequate backup though we could do better there.

Hochstein's value is still in his versatility. TE in jumbo packages, can play FB, etc... This is what he was suppose to be for us last year, but Ben Hamilton **** the bed and Hochstein was forced into the starting role.

We traded a draft pick for Hochstein... we better have kept him. Lloyd I'm happy to see return. I hear he was a huge help to our practice squad. He was nothing like I thought he would be. I was expecting more a diva.

Exactly. He's good for a few plays like that a game, though one has to wonder that Quinn couldn't take any of those snaps from him like he shoul.

Either way both are on cheap deals and I wouldn't be surprised if either is cut. Nows the time to reup those cheap vets so they can be cut if we get lucky with a good rookie

I though Lloyd had some of the best hands on the team last season. Glad to see him back.

Worthwhile guys to have during expanded rosters.

Neither is getting much (if any) guaranteed money, so its no different than bringing in UDFAs, except you know these guys have actually done something on Sundays and know the system.

Worst case scenario we cut 'em and they get probably low six figures for their time. Best case scenario they both provide quality depth during the season.

"Hochstein was acquired in training camp last season from New England. He started 10 of the 15 games he played for the Broncos, missing the final game with a knee injury."

Meh.

"Yet, when the Broncos needed (Lloyd) to replace an injured Eddie Royal in the final two games, Lloyd was ready. He made eight catches for 117 yards. Of all the players in the Broncos’ locker room, no one proved to be a Josh McDaniels’ “guy” more than Lloyd."

I like it.

Hochstein sucks! Waste of money.

Loyd will replace Marshall. Good signing.

Loyd will replace Marshall. Good signing.Hochstein is coming off a surgery to repair an a torn ACL or a knee injury he suffered towards the end of the season I believe, and may or may not be ready for the start of the season...
