It's like the Daytona 500.

It's like the Daytona 500.

Two epic wipeouts in a row. I have had my share of tumbles on the ski slopes, but I can't imagine face-planting in hard snow at 70 mph.

I've never made it close to 70 MPH, but I've wiped out racing before, and it sure as **** ain't fun.

Marion Rolland had the run of the day. I can't even imagine training, being selected to your country's team and then laying an egg like this. Chin up, Marion!

I would go down hill on her.

BTW, she's from Vail, so you have to consider the possibility that some people on this forum know her personally, and they might be turned off a little by comments like this.

Just saying.

I'm way smoother than this geezer. For instance, I wore my scrubs and white coat while I pretended to shop for my special someone at the Salvation Army. I keep it subtle, classy...

No, not in the closet. Still, there are a couple people in my fraternity on the DU ski team, from Vail, who know her, and I've hung out with her and her brother in Winter Park, because they come up for the DU events.
