They are talking about the movie industry and Oscars ... and this guy from the Washington Post said ...

You know what struck him about the Blind Side and Avatar , is that the white people hold the solution to the minority peoples problems , and the only way they can have a better life and solve the problem is through white action... and the black people are a prop to make the white people feel good about themselves. The Magic Negro that will emerge.

But to use the Blind Slide in that theory just struck me as stupid.

Just look at Haiti and aid to countries in Africa and Asia--the aid comes largely from 1st world , mostly WHITE Governments and it goes to largely NON WHITE countries---They have medications for people who cannot live in reality--the author of the original quote should be evaluated PROMPTLY.
