Most guys are restricted free agents. Some Unrestricted free agents that interest me in no order.

1. Steve Neal , McDaniels coached him in New England and Knows his scheme.
2.Ryan Pickett, Green Bay has Raja and might let Pickett go. The Broncos might want to get bigger at Nose tackle.
3. Cory Redding , could make a good 3-4 defensive end . He has the size for it
4. Jeremy Bridges, The Broncos might want him to play Lg. Bridges is 6-4 and 320 and Broncos want to get bigger up front.
5.Chester Pitts. Another big guard that the Broncos might want to sign.
6. Derick Mason, If the broncos trade Marshall could be a target
7. Antorio Bryant , Mason and Bryant are the 2 best unrestricted Wr
8 Justan Banner, Played in Ravens 3-4 and could be a solid backup. Also played for Colorado in college.
9. Chis Chambers, a solid receiver.
10. Ben Watson, played in McDaniels System
11. Kevin Faulk, played in McDaniels System
12. Ellis Hobbs, He is restricted but might not be resigned by Eagles.

Vince Wilfork and Richard Seymour interest me the most out of the UFA crop Their is no chance the Broncos sign those guys . I only listed guys I think we have a chance of signing.

I only want to target guys that can actually come in immediately and be an upgrade.

Realistically, I think we should go after Cory Redding, Seymour, Casey Hampton. Those three guys would immediately make our DL better considering Peterson was a below average player and Holliday has nothing left in the tank.

I'd expect to see quite a few teams take advantage of their 2 franchise and 2 transition tags. Without a cap and no agreement in place for 2011, there's no reason not to.

I can't see very many if any of these guys changing teams. They'll all be tagged. I could (I guess) see swaps being made. Such as is our situation with Marshall and Dumervil.

That should make you happy. We have first dibs on 2 of the top 5 FAs out there this year. And if we don't land them, we get a ransom in return.

Exactly what I was thinking. Both are restricted meaning Denver holds the cards. You either keep them or parlay them into compensation.

Because of the off field issues I understand letting Marshall go for "compensation"... on the other hand if we let Doom walk I will assume Bowlen has gone "major league" and is trying to move the team. 8')

There is absolutely no reason in the world to let doom out of here.
