Actually JJJ that reservoir that feeds the dam is dangerously low. If they don't get lot's of rain and soon they could go to 50% capacity on it. It might not need to crack in other words.

What's funnier is the country has a sort of a gas shortage. Long lines etc etc. Citgo has 2 important refineries that Hugo must have operating. Without sending that oil to those refineries he would have to ship it much further or do it in country which at the time he doesn't have the capacity.

As he seizes more and more companies he better watch out or someone might just say those refineries aren't yours anymore. We are selling them to highest bidder and giving the money to the countries he keeps screwing.

The latest, a french owned string of stores. Oh yeah highest inflation in the world, high crime, electricity shortages and another bunch of banks closed today by Chavez.

This guy is a nightmare for the people there I feel sorry for them.
