For kicker I got Cole Ford, former Raider. He should have be re-signed by Davis after this episode:

Former Raiders kicker Cole Ford is a wanted man.

Authorities in Las Vegas have issued a warrant for his arrest stemming from a drive-by shooting incident at the home of entertainers Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn on Sept. 21, police said Wednesday.

Police believe Ford, 31, is armed and dangerous and might be living in a low-budget hotel or camping in southern Nevada or nearby states.

The shotgun blasts left a hole in a wall and broke windows. No one was injured.

http://www.orangemane.com/BB/Media/siegfried_roy_tiger.jpg

(who amongst us hasn't missed a chip shot field goal and then wanted to blow the above mother****ers away?)

Ford kicked for the Raiders for three seasons beginning in 1995. He was released during training camp in August 1998 after making only 59 percent of his field-goal attempts the previous season, the worst in the NFL.

Center Adam Treu, who played with Ford in 1997, said he wasn't shocked upon hearing the news about his former teammate.

``I had heard some stories,'' he said. ``I'm shocked that there was a use of a weapon or something like that. I spent a year with a Cole, and something must have happened after he left here.''

Ford is the owner of the white minivan from which the shots were fired. Police initially suspected that the incident was a hate crime because a witness said someone shouted that the entertainers should get out of the country. But authorities no longer believe that to be the case."

TE Mark Chmura... Released in 2000 after sexually assaulting a 17 year old. Just made the cut-off

To be fair to Chmura he didn't really "assault" the girl but was accused of innapropriate sexual contact. He was acquitted of all charges. See below from Wiki. I think we need to find a picture of the girl and make a determination from there... (kidding)

Although his five-year contract was not due to expire until 2003, Chmura was released by the Packers in 2000. Chmura was accused of having had inappropriate sexual contact on April 8, 2000 at a Waukesha Catholic Memorial High School prom party with the then 17-year-old babysitter of his children. Chmura was tried but found not guilty of all charges, and when the verdict was read, he cried. Two days after being acquitted of child enticement and third-degree sexual assault, Mark Chmura acknowledged that his behavior at a post-prom party "wasn't something a married man should do".

Charles Rogers - got a few months in jail for drunk and disorderly

Chris Henry - multiple issues, too soon?

Plexico Burress - granted he only shot himself

Jamal Lewis - had a 4 month jail sentance for drugs right?

Onterio Smith and the Whizzinator?

Sean Taylor - too soon again?

Jeremey Stevens - guns, guns, guns

Daunte Culpepper and some other guys in the Minnesota Love Boat

Shawn Merriman - the roids and the choke out

Dwayne "House Arrest" Carswell - also a chokehold

Joey Porter - I think the guns thing happened before 2000 though

I dont think Leaf gets in just because he sucked. That would be on decades biggest bust by position. No one can touch Vick. All those listed did something criminal to be given this honor. I mean, i voted Cole Ford for kicker. What other award will he ever receive now that he is out of football. We should actually get the addresses and mail them to the winners.
