Did anyone else catch the show "Red Grange Remembers"?

I set the DVR for some latenight PBS show. I thought it was a great piece of NFL/college history.

The interview defined "Old School" but considering he was very private after he retired from football he really opened up as the interview went on and it was refreshing to see what a REAL team 1st kind of guy is like.

No gloryhound look at me B.S. like Marshall is guilty of and no "My way or the Highway" B.S. either.

He was a ledgend from a different era but it was great to hear about his record 6 TD day while at IL (a record whom one Howard Griffith tied), his coaches, Halas, and what it was like to play in the early days of football.

My favorite quote from him is "I haven't seen a new football play since my freshman year in High school, there is only so many things you can do with 11 guys".

Great stuff.
