i was googling different playoff "pools" for large groups and I think this would be the best one (though im up for other suggestions)

Round 1, (wild card)

1. Predict the final score of every playoff game

2. If you have the winning team you take the total points you were off and add them to your total.

3. If you picked the losing team to win, you take the total points you were off and multiply it by 2 and add it to your total.

Round 2 (divisional)

1. Predict the final score of every playoff game

2. If you have the winning team you take the total points you were off and add them to your total.

3. If you picked the losing team to win, you take the total points you were off and multiply it by 3 and add it to your total.

Round 3 (champinship round)

1. Predict the final score of each game

2. If you have the winning team you take the total points you were off and add them to your total.

3. If you picked the losing team to win, you take the total points you were off and multiply it by 4 and add it to your total.

Round 4 (super bowl)

1. Predict the score of the SB

2. If you have the winning team, take the total points you were off and add them to your total.

3. If you picked the losing team to win, you take the total points you were off and multiply it by 5 and add it to your total.

Running total,

Player with the LEAST points wins!

Optional rules: 1 (The super bowl is done before the palyoffs start using just afc/nfc) 2. Subtract 25 points for a perfect score of a game,

Thoughts? anyone interested?

EXAMPLE 1. Lets say the baltimore /ne game ends up 30-20 NE winning.

If player 1 had it 35-10 NE he would end up with 15 points for that game.

If player 2 had it 30-20 BALTIMORE he would end up with 40 points (20 off x 2)

If player 3 had it 30-0 NE, he would have 20 points for that game.....

Make sense?
