He'll have a new OC next year.

Coach killer?

Cutler couldn't be as bad in his 2nd year as he was in his 1st. Wouldn't be surprised to see them going for Bates.

I absolutely think that is the right move. I'm suprised that anybody is such a Ron Turner fan.

They have never had any kind of Offensive direction under Turner, cutler or not, he needed gone.

That is shocking. Tell us who it is, so we can ridicule him.

Anyone calling Turner a scape goat would count. That guy wrote his own pink slip.

Wow.

Shocking!

Imagine having a "franchise" QB and losing your gig. He and Shanahan must just be really unlucky, huh?

I actually dont like Cutler (No?), but I see him doing much better next year. No reason to totally hate on him now that we got their draft pick. He will decrease his INTs 25%. Now, 20 isnt great, but he will throw a few more TDs too. Somehow, the Bears and Cutler will NOT make the playoffs.

I agree with everything you said. I hate the guy, think he will be better and miss the playoffs.

Now that the last draft pick the Broncos will receive from Chicago is basically etched in stone, Jay Cutler is now officially dead to me......at least until we face the bears (or whoever he is the future QB for) again.

Jeremy Bates, time to live up to the hype with your boyfriend.

There is more going on there than just Turner being gone. The MNF game against the Vikes Torico said that Kreutz wanted out. And there were other players unhappy with how the offense was ran and how the FO was unwilling to go get playmakers they needed.

They can have Marshall, by gawd!!!!! Akk they have to do is come up with the draft choices and players to make it happen. Maybe a front line D player and next years' first along with another player? ......

He was showing alot more of himself the last few weeks of the season next year will be interesting to watch the Orton vs. Cutler comparison

A 32 year old malcontent, middle linebacker that doesn't play in the 3-4, whose play has regressed and who is dealing with mounting injuries. Sure, he's worth a first.

With what?

The Broncos would have to rake them over the coals on another trade for that marriage to happen. Not a chance they let Cutler have one of his favorite toys.

For you, maybe. I think many of us will not give a crap about Quitler, but there will be a "Start Tom Brandstater" movement, just like the Plummer deal. As usual. the OM will be bitterly divided and the board will be lit up with a record number of posts of stats. Three people will get banned for attacking someone with raical epithets and other mindless slurs by mindless dittoheads......

Enjoy the point of interest.......

They've already traded away their #1 and #2 and don't have much in the way of trade bait on their roster.

Yeah, it was Turner's fault for the 26 picks. What they need is an OC that will turn Cutler loose and throw more passes up for grabs. Cutler doesn't need a running game since only weak QB's like Orton need that.

Bates signed a contract with a college team though right. Doubt it was only 1 yr but maybe. Cutler might get Bates to ditch his contract, a buyout? or maybe he is free to leave I don't know.

Devin Aromashodu is unstoppable. Who is our 8th string WR turned stud starter?

Oh that's right, Orton can't even make use of his #2 WR when he's on the field.

True; or he might prefer to shack up with Shanny again if Mike decides to take up a new job this coming season.

Why why we are not firing our offensive coordinator/Coach that calls ****ty plays

You're such a disgrace. You predicted the Broncos would win 2 games. Two.

The fact that McD wildly surpassed your expectations you would think he would have "earned" at least a year from fans like you who hated him from the start.

I know that some people just live and breathe negativity and the loser's mentality with every fiber of their being, but come on...seriously?

ESPNís Adam Schefter reports the Bears have already reached out to Southern California offensive coordinator Jeremy Bates, who was Jay Cutlerís quarterbacks coach in Denver and maintains a strong relationship with him. Given whatís evident about the Bearsí situation, and Batesí reported desire to return to the NFL, this seems to be a real possibility for a match.

Shanny may be after him too, or is he going to hire his son?
