Who goes for Denver?

I think Dumervil, Bailey and Dawkins will get the nod for sure. Marshall and Clady are both 50-50 propositions. If Marshall doesn't beat out Wayne, Moss, Welker, A. Johnson, V. Jackson etc., there's a decent chance he will be a substitute if one of those WRs gets to the Super Bowl. Prater and D.J. Williams are long shots.

Denver will get 2 maybe 3 pro bowl nods this year. Doom, Dawkins, Bailey, Marshall, Clady are the only ones that are close.

If we took a poll here it would be Hillis, and only Hillis

on any team in any position

Doom, Dawkins, Champ and honestly I think Goodman deserves a nod but whatever, that's just me

If Marshall doesn't get in that is criminal.

It's not his fault the AFC has the best WR's.

Dre Johnson 95 catches 1504 yards and 9 TDs
Wes Welker 122 catches 1336 yards and 4 TDs
Reggie Wayne 95 catches 1243 yards 11 TDs

I don't think Jackson should get in over Marshall period. Marshall has more catches and TDs. Moss has more yards and more TDs then Marshall. I think it should go either Marshall or Moss.

I didn't leave off the number 1. I left off Holmes, which fine, he can duke it out with Moss instead of Ocho. But I think you have to also take into account how important these guys are to their respective teams and who is throwing them the ball.

Third alternate would be the AFC quarterback with the sixth most votes.

After the NFL names the rosters, they also have a list of three alternates who would replace a player that can't play.

Thanks, for the kind words. Out of respect for the guys that currently play that position I really couldn't say anything if they had. Ben and Russ are good friends with Chris and he has too much respect to ever talk about any changes that may be forthcoming. Chris is still stinging from the Eagles game and believe me he is harder on himself than anyone on this board ever could be. I just have been reading the last few weeks and I'm tired of the blame game going on. I'm very realistic about the team and reasons for their success or lack of it and so the last day or so I'm calling out the poster's that make statements that aren't easily proven. Happy New Year

There is nobody on that line I am less worried about than Kuper, if this Eagles game is as bad as it gets from him he is going to have a long and happy career.

Blame game is an ugly word, now we can easily agree that a lot of the more ranting posts here turn into that, but ultimately I think a lot of us here would like to know why things aren't going as well as they did earlier and what can be done about it. It can seem like a lot of fruitless fingerpointing, but I for one would like to have some idea of what is not working as well as it could or should and what can be done because I would like this team to win some championships and I think we all share that.

:Broncos:

He deserves to be in ahead of Brady. Better rating, 1 less TD, more yards with a worse supporting cast.

I can't imagine that he isn't the 1st alternate though and 1 of Manning, Rivers or Brady is almost assured to be in the superbowl, which keeps them out of the pro bowl this year.

Outside linebacker
* DeMarcus Ware, Dallas
* Lance Briggs, Chicago
Brian Orakpo, Washington

Seeing the last name on the list really bothers me. He is who I wanted when we picked at #12.

I still don't really understand his position on that team. They play a 4-3 yet their OLB is leading the team in sacks?

It's a joke that DeSean Jackson got the starting spot at WR. Especially since he is also the starting returner for the NFC. Austin should definitely be starting over him and Roddy White or Marques Colston should be on the team as WR ahead of him. And how is Sidney Rice with his 6 TDs on there ahead of White and Colston? I also don't care how many passes he catches, Welker isn't even the best reciever on his team, how does he get the nod over the Reciever with the most receiving TDs in the league?

How the hell did none of the Bengals get in? I can understand Palmer and Ochocinco not getting in, but how did both of their CB's get snubbed? Hall and Joseph had a better season than every CB in the AFC not named Darelle Revis

Jake Long is such a turd. He gets first team b/c people are idiots. Is he even the best Tackle on their team?

Congrats to Clady and Dumervil for being able to go for the first time.

Congrats to Bailey and Dawkins for padding their HOF resumes.

And congrats to Marshall for bouncing back from a coaching change and switch in philosophy. And double congrats on ensuring you're going to get paid a LOT of money from somebody.

Jake Long had a REALLY good year...

Wow Witten and his 1 TD all year gets in over Gonzo. Is this for real?

And that is why the cowboys are always so overrated. Because people see that someone got into the probowl and then come to the conclusion that they actually deserved it. And the fan vote puts a lot of cowboys into the probowl.

Sorry Shaub has not been mediocre
TDS
27
INT
14
YDS

RTG

Much better stats than Cutler last year with a game to go.

Kubiak grooms Pro-Bowl QB's. It's just a fact.

Unfortunately. Witten had more catches and yards but fewer tds. Its not very balanced at all.

Go for it Kupesdad! Its one thing to realistically recognize and discuss shortcomings and areas needing improvement, as there clearly are more than a few as we all knew there would be, that is perfectly fine.

But a handful of these knuckle-heads that seem to take glee in our struggles of the last two months totally mis-read everything during the offseason, and are continuing to do so now in predictable fashion.

They are as wrong in their assessment now of the future of this team as they were then. So by all means go for it.

And Happy New Year to you and Chris ...

He plays OLB in the base formation, and switches to DE when it passing situation. Basically they done the same thing we have done with Doom and Ayers.
