I don't discriminate; I love eating pies of all nationalities.

Mincemeat is absolutely gross.

Nothing really compares to the homemade food. That's an old reliable. Most people love home cooking. It's nostalgic and takes you back to younger, perhaps better days. I haven't had any pie yet today, but I cannot wait until the fresh baked apple and pumpkin pies are out the oven because they got my name on 'em. Believe that daddy.

If you can't do it yourself and Grandma isn't around, Marie Calender pie is as good as the real thing. Only one left in Denver, Dry Creek and Broadway.

Nothing quite like warm apple pie. Especially without pants.

Premade as in frozen or from the grocery store bakery....NO.

But I'll take freshly made from Marie Calendars over homemade any day.....And I know some pretty skilled cooks/bakers.

Homemade pies kick ass.

Specifically the fresh strawberry and banana creme pies my Grandmother used to make.

One of the local grocery stores I shop at gets homemade pies from Amish country every week....they are so good I almost want to change my name to Hezekiah and start riding a horse and buggy.

I'll pass on the pie. I don't eat sweet food. Now if you shuck a dozen oysters in front of me I'll gladly slurp the "nasty" critters up!
