HAHA!!!!!

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An unofficial and very unwelcome NFL record is within Kansas City's uncertain grasp if the Chiefs can just hold on they'll pardon the expression.

Boosted by a whopping 10 dropped passes in last week's loss to Cleveland, KC's butter-fingered receiving corps leads the league with 46 aerials that hit their hands before hitting the ground.

.......

the most by anybody has been 54 by the 1992 Dolphins.

With road games at Cincinnati and Denver yet to go in this miserable season for the Chiefs (3-11), eight additional dropped passes would seem easily within their reach.

They would've had the record already if Bowe wasn't suspended.

Cutler is close to the INT record

He'd have even more of the defenders didn't drop a few. Hilarious!

Last year the Queefs set the NFL record for fewest sacks in a season. They sure know how to master futility.

Hmmm, Wikipedia says its George Blanda with 42 in 1962. 42! I don't think Cutler's going to make it.

My bad....I thought it was Favre a few years back.

I believe that's in a career...which is even more ridiculous

I'm not so psyched about running down KC and then seeing them come in here and beat us. If history is any indication with how we play at the end of seasons with a playoff birth on the line that is exactly what will happen.

But they are pretty bad this year, we'll win that game.

No sweat.

If we lose to KC at home this place will meltdown to no end.

I shouldn't say said I know, but we'll win that game.

No doubt.

But according to Broncofan7, the chiefs have a much brighter future than we do. I guess they may break more records in the near future. What's left, QB sacks (against) or maybe fumbles lost? Maybe go for the gold and get the most consecutive losses? That one'll be tough, but they can do it if they put their mullets to it.

The dropped pass stat is total lunacy really. If the ball pretty much contact with the receiver they call it a drop. A LOT of those 'drops' have been passes high and behind receivers. They sort of throw their hands back and it counts as a drop.

Cassel (and company) have really struggled with accuracy this year.
