She's dead.

Heart attack... at age 32... married for 2 years (1st time).

That's really ****ing young for a heart attack on a fairly thin woman... perhaps caused by other means?

The year of dead celebrities continues.

I think it's more indicative that we consider just about everyone a celebrity now

I don't know though... I mean it's been a lot of "big names" this year is why.

The South Park episode helped.

Potential eating disorder (Karen Carpenter), drug use. Who knows? It's tragic either way. Too young to go.

Celeb or not, 32 is way too young. Tragic, to say the least...

RIP.

I have to think she was on some combinations of weight loss drugs and cocaine but it's all speculation. Fair to do that?

Actress. Clueless, 8 mile, Luanne in King of the Hill. Kinda hot. Kinda crazy.

Either some substance abuse, eating disorder, a congenital heart defect, or some combination thereof.

It's rare but people in their 30 do just drop dead from a heart attack due to congenital defects that went undiagnosed.

The articles say it looks like a cardiac arrest but that may not be the cause of her death or that it was brought on by something else. Anyway, just becoming a terribly sad season, anytime it's so sad for such young people, but nasty this time of year.

Maybe, maybe not. A friend of mine in his thirties also recently had a heart attack. Fortunately, he's fine, but rare as this is, it can happen.

They were making fun of her on SNL about a month ago. I wonder if they regret that now.

I hope her family finds peace.

The husband of a cousin of mine died from a heart attack at 33.
No previous health problems anyone was aware of and the guy
was in good shape, even a little on the skinny side. Yes, sometimes
it just happens.

I think most people (myself included) almost would prefer to learn that these kinds of deaths were drug induced. The reality that you can be perfectly healthy and drop dead at 32 for no apparent reason is disquieting to say the least.

Autopsies done on Korean War soliders in the 1950s showed that a good number of them had preliminary signs of heart disease. Most of these young men were in their early-to-mid twenties.
