neither...since there is no poll. I do not know why you are assuming wither of them will make the playoffs in the first place.

Dont think either will make it to the play-offs.;D

both. on the same field.

our 11 vs 22

wouldn't see either of them anyway unless it was the AFCC

If the season ended today we would play the Patriots in the wild card round...

Oh man, how sweet would that be.

I think we match up better with Pittsburgh than against Baltimore. I think we match up with the Patriots better than either of those teams though.

Oh man, how sweet would that be.

It's almost like it was meant to be... ;D

In all seriousness, I would much rather JVille or Cinci. But tell me that wouldn't be one hell of a story for the press.

Since we're debating playing teams who have no chance for the playoffs, I'll say...Cleveland...;D

Is Troy P playing? Pitt pretty much unbeatable with him in the line up. We should have beat both those teams though.

12-08-2009, 12:37 AM
I guess we either win like we did in 98 since we will be a road warrior as a wild card or we are winning the division and taking one of those teams that won their first round. I dont see us playing them but i voted Ravens since they would come to Denver. We already saw what happens when Steelers come to town.

I wouldn't write off either the Steelers or the Ravens just yet. Jacksonville still has to play the Pats, Dolphins and Colts so it's not a lock they are going to make it. Either way, we probably would not meet either the Steelers or Ravens in the first round, if we don't win the division and we ourselves make it as a wildcard. And the Steelers and Ravens meet one last time and that will probably decide who might get in and who will definitely be watching the playoffs on TV. And that last game is in PITT so I think I would have to think the Ravens probably won't make it in.

Just read the comments on this thread.

Try and use you imagination folks, it is a hypothetical question and a very simple one at that.

If the Broncos make the playoffs and if we were to meet either the Ravens or the Steelers and both teams were healthy which one would rather play against?

Is this question too hard?

After all this is the time of year for "what ifs" and "coulda beens"is it not?

The Ratbirds, when they beat us they played way over their heads and Rossenbanger is the better QB Flapjaw isn't playing too well

My money says neither makes the playoffs. Its gonna be Jax or Miami, and then us OR San Diego as the WCs.

12-08-2009, 09:39 AM
I'd rather play Miami of Ohio than Pittsburgh of Baltimore :)

Pittsburgh will have a hard time beating Denver twice in Denver IMO

I'm fairly certain that McDaniels/Nolan will alter their gameplan if we see either one of them again. Hypothetically, I would love to see the Steelers in the playoffs. They are the defending Super Bowl champs, and it would be nice to end their season...

If they were both healthy, I would prefer to face the ravens, barely. Both teams would be much better than they are if they could keep their best playmakers on the field though.
