Really ??? I mean I can only think of like 5 or so things that I think i would need to use a taser on a 10 year old ... Hell run at him and snatch his little @$$ up by the neck and game over...

Any instance with the kid having a gun.
A 10 year old threatening to kid / hurt a baby or younger child ... like say on a roof or near a window acting like they are going to throw a baby out...
A 10 year old with a knife threatening you or threatening to kill self....
I mean I really can't think of much other reasons to risk the freak event of killing someone by tasing them {it happens} when it's a child and probably not even needed and just a child being stupid and having a tantrum and not even realizing the seriousness of the situation they caused.
I bet a could kick a infinite stream of 10 year olds up even if you gave the uncoordinated little fer's weapons like sticks and such Ha! at least 50 or so of em if you got your back to a wall so you didn't get pearl harbored hehe ...
But the cops need a taser ... come on ... Hell I think I could yell at a 10 year old till it $hit its self and needed therapy .

PUEBLO, Colo. — Colorado sheriff's deputies shocked an "out of control" 10-year-old child with a Taser and arrested him.
Pueblo Sheriff's Capt. Jeff Teschner said Wednesday that the boy was not hurt when deputies took action Monday after arriving at his foster home, where he was reportedly destroying property. Teschner says deputies were justified in their use of force. The deputies say the youth threatened them with a pipe and a stick, and threw a piece of wood at them.
The boy was arrested on suspicion of menacing with a deadly weapon.
Last month, a police officer in a small Arkansas town was fired after using a stun gun on an unruly 10-year-old girl, not for using the Taser but for violating department policy by failing to use the camera attached to it.
